We had our Telsla Y in here for a collision repair. Austin was great. They work with Enterprise to bring a rental car to you. They keep you informed via text. They finish on time and the quality of the work was perfect. Highly recommend!

First thing is some background information. My car was backed into and the hood of the car needed to replaced along with a few other components of my car. I get a quote from them for $5800 to get this fixed. insurance approves this and we move forward. Fast forward a week and now they want $15000 for this repair, the wanted to replace completely bogus parts of my car that had not been affected by the accident. My washer fluid reservoir??? My passenger side fender that was completely unscathed from the accident??? My headlight that works totally fine??? So in conclusion this company tried essentially scamming the insurance company that’s paying for my repair under the guise of them “needing to certify the car” or something along those lines. Moreover they have been a hassle to work with since square one of trying to get an estimate with them. I will never be returning to this shop and I advise everyone else the same.

Had a windshield replaced here and was completely satisfied with the quick scheduling, customer service and overall install. After 3 weeks there was a material defect (from the manufacture, not the install) with the camera housing seal. Received a call from the manager within 30 mins of calling it in for warranty repair. Todd was able to get me in the same day and was waiting for me to arrive to evaluate it. His team was on it immediately, corrected the issue and had me on the road in 15 mins. Friendly, professional and would highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.

I had my mustang for only two weeks before someone plowed into it in a parking lot. Fortunately, I took it to Caliber for repairs. The service advisor, Sean was a great throughout the entire repair process. He kept me in the loop on everything and made sure it turned out good as new. If your car is your baby, don’t take her anywhere else if she gets hurt! ?
