You treat your employees like straight garbage! What a toxic environment for anyone to work in. So much drama, so rude to other employees. Horrible micromanaging of a boss. Pathetic to call yourself a good place to work. All of you need to be fired.

Very nice people in the office, but sadly after waiting weeks for our car to be repaired, the car was delivered absolutely filthy inside, it was clean when we brought it in. Looked like the crew took their lunch breaks in it. We we were told their detailer was out of town. The rear hatch couldn't be closed, was told that we brought it in that way! Turned out they didn't check it and it was a simple resetting of the system that controlled the latch, which we knew nothing about and were allowed to drive away with. I have to be reminded daily that this minor repair left us with a bumper that was strangely masked when painted. I can somewhat overlook the weird white outline where it's supposed to be black, but the misaligned bumper guard takes the cake. We waited an additional two weeks to get the guard put on. They did it while we waited and I was going to say, "make sure it's straight", but I figured that they are "the professionals". It's crooked! Insult to injury. It's the simple little details that can make or break your impression of a business. They did offer to repaint the bumper, but I couldn't chance it taking another month. and who's to say how it would end up. Not recommended.

Caliber Collision is a class act! If you have not worked with them before, like me, you’ll need to schedule the body work ahead. Your vehicle might be in the shop for a longer period than you expect, because of the process they use for completing their work. You will receive text updates about the completion of your vehicle, if you choose and someone typically follows your vehicle and gives updates when the vehicle is nearly completed.
All their work is guaranteed for life. Which is pretty amazing - my boyfriend brought this to my attention, and explained that most other body shops don’t have that! I had a few difficulties with my A/C following my body work. Because the work is guaranteed for life, I started by following up with Caliber. They were really wonderful about fitting me in and explaining everything to me.
Eventually I did take my car to Subaru for diagnostics, when Caliber determined that it was something they could have fixed they reimbursed me.
All of their staff have been pleasant, kind, and understanding throughout the process. I worked closely with Denny in the end and appreciated his timely and thoughtful responses. I have never felt like bringing my car back to them was upsetting for them. I hope I don’t need body work again, but if I do I would choose the caliber experience again without a doubt. Thanks Caliber!!!
