It's better to order online then going to the actual store as they never have the sizes I need or what I'm looking for. However, I do like being able to go inside the store to see the clothing in person for correct sizing as some things do run smaller

Let’s start off with saying I’m a huge Carters fan so when I had a odd/negative customer service experience here it made me really sad. My mother-in-law had ordered a ton of clothes for my kiddos for Christmas but accidentally purchased two of the same outfit so I figured what’s a better excuse to go shop? When I brought in the outfit set with the receipt Corinna (I think her name was) “helped” me. when I handed her the item with a smile she claimed that she could not take it back due to a stain and it being “damaged” I was pretty confused where that came from but saw a small dot on the outfit and gave it the benefit of the doubt. It wasn’t the principle of the $10 return it was the amount of attitude that I experienced. When I went back out to my car I tried to show my husband the “stain” and it was gone and that’s when we realized it was a rain drop and not a stain. When we went back in to clarify it was gone and was rain she quickly interrupted the other employee and said they were not taking the outfit back and that she doesn’t know what we did in our car in 2 minutes but it WAS stained. We were very confused with the amount of aggression and attitude she came to us with over such a silly matter. I 100% understand not taking back damaged items but it was not damaged it was Rain that dried. The point this is not to complain about the no return it was the fact that I was so excited to go buy my 3 kids some cute summer clothes and her attitude and aggression made me uncomfortable being on the store. So I left and sadly don’t have any interest in going back in store. So sad that 1 rude employee can put a bad taste in your mouth about a whole store.

Lots of merchandise available on site and if the size you need isn't available they will order and send it to you at no charge.

Staff is meh! Nothing good or bad to say just kind of basic customer service. The clothing prices have gone wayyyyyy up in the last few years. Coupons don't work on anything anymore everything is either clearance or door buster. I worked there in 2015 and used to get amazing clothes for my kiddos. I rarely shop inside now

Was very disappointed that they deceivingly offer a 35% discount if you sign up for a credit card. Then they tell you it will take 10 days to process. No discount given. It’s a scam and a lie. They refused to delete the transaction. I will never shop there again.

My wife loves to get our kids cloths here. Even if they don't have the size it can be shipped to you or the store, at least you can see how it looks. Staff has been great every time.
