If your business says open until 5, stay open until 5. No wonder this location is closing. My guess is bad management using the "staff shortage" excuse.

For about 14 years cranking out 1,000's of appraisals in my business, printing out a couple of trees worth of paper, I mostly got my ink from Cartridge World, LOVED THEM (State St, Boise, sometimes Eagle). After retirement, I bought a used Brothers from them that probably should've gone to the dump. Had a bit of a tiff with State St today, and finally got the free cartridge I called about, but she got me good by giving me the wrong cartridge (see pic). Ha, ha. Nice one. You win. But I'm sure the mistake wasn't intentional, just competence. You can have the printer back. But since you got banker hours (no w/ends), look for it on your sidewalk. Its what I get for buying a reject. CW was good back in the day. But sadly, I think they're no longer relevant. Just look how old most of the reviews are.

I arrived at 4:30 and the place was closed already for the day with o. ote or explanation. This is awfully unprofessional I drove all the way from Mountain home Idaho to do this today.

Nampa location closed. No directions to Boise store. You can order in line and get 2 day delivery in the Treasure Valley.

Always great and friendly service. When I don't want to take a short road trip into Boise, I can call in my order and they will home deliver my office supplies for free !!

I bought a replacement cartridge HP64 XL and saved it for later use. When I installed it the printer said to reseat the cartridge which I did several times without success. I took it back to the store and was told that no replacement would be given because the cartridge was more than a year old. I explained the problem wasn't the age of the product but that the printer wouldn't accept it. After much haggling, the clerk called the owner who approved a replacement. I immediately installed the new one only to receive the same error message! Something is wrong about these cartridges since the printer won't be able to use them. I plan no more business with this firm. Amazon gets my orders from now on.

Wanting to support local business, I went to Cartridge World rather than order an HP-brand printer cartridge online. Never again! Tuesday I opened the package and took the cartridge out of its case. It leaked black ink all over me, my pants, my desk and my carpet. I've called the store twice and asked a manager or the owner to call me, which they haven't done yet. All I asked was for them to send over a carpet cleaner to clean the ink out of my carpet (which I could not successfully do myself after watching YouTube videos) or to replace the carpet for $200. I have yet to hear from them. Also, the store does not have an email address or a web site and the clerk would not give me contact information for the manager or owner. Do not do business with Cartridge World at 17th and State in Boise!

This place is amazing, they sell ink cartridges PREFILLED with that nasty stuff that stains your hands if you try it yourself and seems to only come off your hands with liberal applications of Black Velvet.That ink is nasty! Every time I try and refill cartridges myself I end up sick and puking after filling the cartridges and cleaning up with 1-2 bottles of Black Velvet.No more, I trust all my ink cartridge needs to Cartridge World in Boise. They have a real friendly sales staff and are just down the way from the liquor store!
