Showed up for appt. 15 min early. Took car into shop immediately while I waited in the Waiting room. Finished work over 45 min.ahead of schedule. Donna was very friendly & gave me proper maintenance instructions on how to prevent future cracks. Overall a pleasant experience. Will recommend to others.
