I have seen Colleen SHACKELFORD for probably close to 11 years. My visits always go well. She’s a great listener always gives me recommendations or ideas or what I should or shouldn’t do. I love having my primary doctor. Staff is always very nice.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Stephanie Duininck. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel heard and cared for. Her compassion and empathy are very evident.
Dr. Stephanie Duininck has been collaborating with other doctors, reviewing my previous blood tests and labs. I feel she is doing diligent research to help figure out what is going on with my health. She has been quick to communicate her thoughts on my results, and explaining any future tests she thinks will be helpful to order.
I truly feel like I am in capable and caring hands. I highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Duininck to anyone seeking a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional.

I love and adore Dr. Jensen. She is the most caring, thoughtful doctor I have ever been to.
I always feel listened to and cared about.
I enjoy her welcoming staff too. The new office is beautiful and so nice to be able to easily find a parking spot! I highly recommend Center for Lifetime Health.

Nice place. Student did the intake for Taryn NP, but smooth visit and dint have to wait too long. Fort visit in new office location. Great parking and easy access.
