I stopped by the bank to ask some questions regarding personal and small LLC checking accounts. At that point, their staff member was engaged and informative and he asked me to email him rather than call on the phone if I had other questions - which I thought was a bit odd. After I got home, I realized that I forgot to ask about a different type of account. I sent an email to him (as requested) and after 3 days with no response, I sent a follow up email - again no response. I sent a closing email and stated that I would find a different bank. He quickly replied soon called me on the phone - unapologetic for the lack of response. He stated that he was out of town which was the reason for not replying. When asked, he stated that they do have Outlook for their email system but he doesn't/didn't use the out of office feature.He did tell me that they don't offer the account that I was inquiring about. Subsequently, I found other banks in my area of town which have more competitively priced checking accounts and offer better service.

This is honestly, by far the worse bank I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have had nothing but great experience with Chase and this branch puts Chase as a whole to shame.The worst customer service I have ever had with an institution that needs your $$$ to survive!! Not helpful, not polite and dont want to do their jobs. Every time I HAVE to come in here its like pulling teeth getting anybody to lift a finger to help you.I am so disappointed.

The manager double parks his black audi right in front of the bank every day. Its blatant. The other staff seem totally nice.

Superior service! I’ve banked with Chase before and they were my 1st choice 2 weeks ago when I needed to open a new checking account. Crystal Richter at the Apple location is fantastic to work with! She squeezed me in late afternoon right before closing time, was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. Super great experience! Since opening my account I’ve emailed her regarding 2 situations and received very quick responses, follow up communication, and resolutions - AND she helped with a non Chase related question/referral that was a perfect fit for what I was looking for. Thanks so much Crystal!

Went in to make payment on two Visa accounts with one check and was told I had to make out a separate payment check for each account. This despite my having paid with one check at this branch for more than a year. All the staff were new, and spent much more time quoting "policy and verse" than it would have taken to actually provide customer service. Poor. Went to a different branch who told me one check was fine.

my husband went into town today to open our checking and savings account since we just moved to the area. there were a handful of other banks we could go to. but from word of mouth we chose to go with Chase. as soon as my husband walked in he was greeted and asked for his needs. when he said that he wanted to open account with them the branch manager responded with how he was "too busy" and to "come back at another time." this is the first day my husband got off work early and rushed over to try to open our accounts. only for the brand manager to say he was "too busy." in response my husband asked him when he was able to come in and open the accounts. he responded with "you can come back tomorrow at 3:30" because my husband gets off at 3:30 he asked to come in at 4:00 given they don't close till 5:00. the branch manager responded with "no, i won't open any account later than 3:30 because it takes a long time." according to him he can only open a new account before 3:30 (it's 3:00 as i'm writing this review). unfortunate that as a branch manager he is unable to manage his time or his branch.

That Chase bank was awesome! There was only 1 teller there but he did 3 somewhat difficult transactions SUPER quickly!! Will def be going back
