I have been going to this nail salon for a very long time so they rush even when they are not that busy but I don't get to soak my feet at all I get gel polish every time so they also drill my gel polish off really hard it hurts when I let the person that's doing my feet that it hurts they get upset with me the way I look at it is I'm paying good money there I should get wonderful service but I don't they have bad attitudes it's not a good place !

I had made an appointment for a pedicure and they seated me pretty quickly but then I just sat and sat and sat as all the technicians were busy with other customers. I waited over 20 minutes before they started on my feet. The water basin was filled with lukewarm water to begin with but after sitting for 20 minutes, I took my feet out because the water was not a pleasant temp. On top of that, I was not greeted with a smile when I walked in; it seemed like all the technicians were tired and ready to be done with their day. I guess 3 PM is not a great time to come in for a pedicure. Unfortunately, my nail polish started coming off after a week (regular pedicure but I always get regular and the polish usually stays on for a few weeks). I don’t plan to return.

Got these done over 2 weeks ago and they hold up so wonderfully! This is the second time I’ve been to Classy Nails and both times I’ve been very pleased with my experience. Highly recommend the gel mani pedi!

Always a great experience these ladies are amazing, I hardly ever break a nail and other places are not as quality I feel because they want you to spend more money in the long run with flimsy work

They are the only salon in the Treasure valley I have found that does such a nice job with the dipping powder that my nails don't break or chip. I love their personalities too. Dayle

My grandpa took me here to get pedicures. The employees here were so nice and friendly. I didnt feel like they were complete strangers but friends i havent seen in a while.

I walked in and sat down for my appointment without any wait. Great customer service. They always ask if everything is going good. Great selection of nail colors. Clean shop will definitely make this my new favorite nail shop.

The 5 stares doze not give classy nails,anuff credit.if I could I would give,""100.00stares ..my mom moved here a year a go. and had been bragging about her new nail places...I thought well no one is as good as mine....I moved here about a couple months ago.and hello. Classy nails is now my 1 favorite nail places.. they really do there job to the fullest and actually care about the services.they provided .and there so funny ...and make me feel like I been going there for years, ? thank you so very much each and every one of you at classy nails .thanks to my momma Alice White or spanner.lol stay beautiful Bren giorgianni.

I went to the salon a few times for a polish change on my fingernails.No problem. I decided to get a pedicure but explained to the guy that was doing it to not squeeze my feet or ankles because I am on medication and bruise easily. I had to keep asking him to stop squeezing my feet and ankles and he kept doing it. It left me with very bruised feet and ankles so I went back to the salon and showed them. I just wanted an apology from him and I only got excuses from one of the women. He ignored me. They kept saying he didn’t know and I said I told him over and over. He didn’t listen and was preoccupied with checking his phone. I will not go back.

I love it here I just moved to Idaho I tried a couple of spots but this environment was perfect I found my spot they make you feel welcome prices are great ! Definitely recommend

I used to come to this place for about 10 years. They used to be so amazing and now all they do is take advantage or you. First, if you make an appointment they don't actually get you in on time. The last three times I came here they were anywhere from 40-60 minutes behind schedule. I can understand a random situation, but it's always like this. Second, they charge almost double of what they used to and give you no warning. Today I got a fill with a matte finish. I didn't have any broken nails and it was an easy job. They charged me $60 and said the extra $30 was for the matte color. I would say it's a fluke but a similar situation happened last time. On top of that, 4 nail beds were cut and bleeding and my hands hurt. I'm over this place.
