Updated: Combs replaced the hybrid battery with an equivalent used battery at no charge to me. This seems like a reasonable solution.
Original post: I was sold the car that was represented to be in great condition and a week after buying it, had multiple lights come on on the dash for service (that they may have likely cleared and then sold it as if there were no problems). When I took it in.tot he dealer for a check, there were known issues reported in the service history from over a year ago on the vehicle that the dealer certainly should have been aware of and not sold the car representing that it was in excellent condition when in fact it needed a $6,500 repair to the battery system.
