After meeting with multiple restoration companies, I chose Complete Restoration and am very happy with the results. Their professionalism and expertise set them apart from the competition.
During the initial consultation, Shawn and Chris were punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. They had a rep from the clean up side there and the reconstruction to address both parts of the job needed. They patiently answered all my questions and provided a clear, detailed plan for addressing the fire damage in my home. Unlike the other companies I meet with Complete Restoration didn't just try to sell their services; they genuinely wanted to help me understand the process and make the best decision for my situation. They even acknowledged how good some of the other companies i meet with were.
The team arrived on schedule and immediately got to work. Their efficiency and attention to detail were impressive. They even have multiple females on their crew!
Throughout the project, they maintained excellent communication, keeping me informed of their progress and any unexpected findings. Their transparency and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much more manageable.
The final result exceeded my expectations. Not only was the fire and smoke damage completely repaired. My home looks as good as new, if not better.

Wouldn't recommend anyone's enemy or grandma here.
They will overcharge you things you do not need.
Will take longer then they say it will. Or months even.
Don't pay their employees on pay day either as a cherry on top 😅💀💀💀

After having our apartment flooded by our upstairs neighbor our property manager chose Complete Restoration Services to get things back to normal. Considering the circumstances we were tense and very unhappy with our lives being upended by the repairs. However, CRS continued to be respectful and accommodate our needs going above and beyond to make us comfortable. They deserve more than 5 stars. The place looks great, thank you.

We had a flood in our crawlspace, and Servpro of Boise showed up within minutes to help us through this emotional nightmare. From the very start, Trayden and his assistant Riley were not only professional but incredibly compassionate — they truly cared about helping us and easing our stress. Their calm and reassuring manner made such a difference in a really overwhelming situation.
Junior was also fantastic on the financial side, taking the time to explain everything clearly and helping us navigate the process with patience and understanding. Every single person we dealt with was responsive, kind, and efficient — they turned a horrible day into something manageable and gave us so much peace of mind.

Greg @ Complete Restoration Services was very thorough with his communication throughout my 3 1/2 month project. His subcontractors were always very respectful and gave notification when they were going to be on site. Repairs finished on time and it all looks amazing. No complaints here. This company is honest and reliable.
