This place sucks to deliver to I got here at 7 a.m and I didn't get out until 12:30 they let other trucks jump in front of you and they only have one dock they unload from at least with dry van, it takes them about 45 minutes to an hour to unload you and on top of that you have to blind side to get in the dock if there is another truck in the loading dock.

Unloading start at 8 am and unload really fast. Truckers need to untarp on the road and they dont allow to untarp inside the company and overnight parking on the street along with the fence.

Review by flatbed :Receiving opens at 8am.Overall very friendly and pleasant to deal with people.Super quick unloading is done by 2 forklifts simultaneously.Overnight parking is available along the fence, right in front of the entrance.Since this facility only provides commercial storage of construction materials or building supplies and actually doesn’t own the product, they want to see your trailer tarped ( if BOL says so) and product intact upon delivery.

Great and friendly service. Had to have my load cross docked so it could get fixed. Very efficient work. 4 stars due to dock location. It's a tight fit to get a full truck and trailer backed in, but it can be done with patience.
