The best experience for our workout club! The staff is amazing and the workout is so hard but rewarding. We had multiple girls end up buying memberships after their first class. Highly recommend this studio!

Visiting Boise from out of town and had to get my lagree workout in! Had such a good time at the studio - Cathy is great and the workouts are challenging but doable. If you’re on the fence about trying a new workout, I definitely recommend this place!
