While casually strolling through the store, I stumbled upon the Louis Vuitton section and was instantly captivated by a perfect satchel bag for me. The staff, particularly the lovely lady who assisted me, went above and beyond in providing informative insights and having much patience as I contemplated on making the purchase. Their knowledge and professionalism made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I left feeling not only satisfied with my purchase but also impressed by the top-notch service.

My podiatrist recommended checking out Dillards for shoes because of their vast selection. Geromy was amazing! He knew the brands I should try and was patient. Great experience!

While the store is beautiful and has a huge selection of products from cosmetics, purses, shoes to clothing for the whole family. Prices are very high and not affordable for the average family. Shop clearance and bonuses for more bang for your buck.

Can you give zero stars?!? I ordered 2 items online, did not receive a proper tracking number, and had to reach out to customer service. Finally, I received a package but with only 1 item. Called customer service, who opened a claim. My claim was denied because the WEIGHT of my package verified that there were 2 items. WHAT?!?! Are they calling me a liar? Now, I'm waiting for a supervisor to reach out to the vendor to verify the weight when shipped. So now they have my item and my money and they think that's okay. What happened to customer service? According to them, I'm being punished because of fraudulent claims. Insane! Companies have insurance and built-in dollar losses for those things. Clearly, I will no longer shop with Dillard's because, to me, shopping is not just about selection, prices, and quality products. It's also about quality service and customer respect, and those are clearly not within Dillard's values.

Rude staff member in the home department. If you don't want people to touch merchandise such as a bed, put a sign on it saying so.

I don’t usually get on here for reviews but I Got turned down for a fitting service today (which would’ve resulted in a sale) because the employee said she had to tag items instead. I would think you’d want to focus on the customers before anything else. Just a little disappointed.
