I had a flat tire I originally had patched by Les Schwab who, come to find out, only put a cheap patch on my tire and lazily did not inclue a plug making it so that my tire was beyond prepare. Heber, the extremely thoughtful and patient mechanic here at discount tire, walked me through all my options making sure to be totally transparent, not up sell me, and even gave me a discount when he noticed I was discouraged with the price of 4 new tires.
All the the men working were very kind and respectful, the work environment was clean and welcoming, service was extremely quick and efficient (It took 15min to change out all 4 tires), and the over all experience was incredible .
After I thanked Heber for all this consideration and help, he said it was his goal to change the poor stereotype tire shops have and to do better. I truly believe he and his crew did just that and I will 100% be back for all future tire needs.

Always super friendly, professional, and courteous. This is the best tire shop I've ever been to. I even feel safe and confident sending my wife and daughter here for tires/service and know they will treat them correctly and respectfully. Great prices, great products. I just wish they did more..brakes, alignment, etc!

I had to go there two times on two separate days (Friday then back on Monday morning!) because of screws in two different tires. I have the worst luck!
But the crew here at this Discount Tire was so professional, friendly, efficient, and helpful that I was patched up and on my way in no time. Hopefully I don't have to see them again any time soon, but when I need new tires (again, with my luck, that'll be soon!) this will be the place I go!!

I had a great experience at Discount Tire! The store manager, Mitch, went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I needed. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The service was quick, efficient, and, as they say, "smooth as butter." Austin was super helpful and nice. Nolan did a great job! They were able to balance the wheels on our stepvan when other shops were not able too. Highly recommend. Can’t thank them enough. It rides so much smoother now. Thank you!!!

I have never in my life seen a tire shop move so slowly in my life. My roommate dropped her truck off today with a nail in her tire. Simple fix. The guy says. Should only take 15 minutes once it's in the bay. He says. Wont be any problem squeezing it in between appointments. Two hours tops. So we left. Ran around. Did some stuff. Then came back 2 hours later. Nothing had been done. So she went in. Now the guys says. Well if you wanted it done by a certain time. You should have made an appointment.
R u serious right now?!! If you cant do it, then say you cant. N dont accept aalk ins if you dont have the time to do them. Just say ur booked. It's not hard. But what got echoing was when the sloth of a assistant manager slowly made it out to the garage. It was like everyone was going in slow motion. There was no sense of a timely fashion for any of the employees. One of them was just standing there on his phone laughing. Showing another employee what's on his screen. Everyone looked like they wanted to be anywhere but there. My honest opinion. Get ur employees a fan and a radio. You would be amazed what a little music in the background will do for productivity, but as it sits. I would not recommend this tire shop. I was not impressed. At all.

What a great experience. First time in a Discount Tire and I was very impressed. Matched lowest price I could find online. Worked with a nice guy named Austin. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Got my tires ordered and was able to track their shipment. Scheduled an appointment and dropped the truck off. In exactly one hour tires were on and ready to roll. Quick and easy.

We don't live down in that way. We had 2 new tires and an alignment. The alignment wasn't done right, so we had to come back. We left the car around 10 am and came back around 2:30/3:30. The car was never touched, we were told that there was a worker that had medical problemand the guy that was doing the alignment took the sick worker and came back. I must say that they did offer to drop the alignment bill on our card. The problem was that I didn't have that card with us. So he put the $89 on a different card. We agreed, thank you for that. The thing that upsets us is that they were able to call in on the phone the 1st time when we the job done without our card. Why not now? Yes, we got the $89 put on a different card. But now we are still paying for that $89 as it's still on the other card, so in
reality, we are still paying that bill off with interest. And yes, we had to wait a while to get it done the right way.
