Dollar Tree's is open till 10pm for their holiday hours. Dollar Tree on Vista Ave told us they're not doing holiday hours this year & that they didn't last year either. !? Went to another Dollar Tree & they said all Dollar Tree stores are open till 10pm for their holiday hours. Not cool.

I came in 20 minutes to closing and I was the only customer in the store. As soon as I walked in the cashier looked up from her phone, didn’t say hello but flatly said “we close on 20 minutes”. I let her know I’ll be super quick. While I was in the first isle another associate came up and said they should just leave early and I heard the girl say “there’s some lady in here now” and both turned and looked at me. For the next few minutes I heard them talking about being ready to leave. Then she got onto the speaker and said the store will be closing in 10 minutes and to bring up all items. I checked the time and it was 14 minutes to 9pm. I didn’t even finish grabbing the few items I came in for and just wanted to leave. She checked me out without really saying anything to me. I felt so unwelcome. I understand I stopped in before close but I just got off work myself, knew what I needed and I know their hours. I’ve never experienced such hostility and poor customer service. Seems like they should adjust their hours if the employees don’t stay until closing times regularly.. hate that I’m leaving this review but it was a really uncomfortable experience.

Says they open at 8am and it’s almost 9am and doors are locked. If you don’t open at 8am please change your hours

They saw us pull up and locked the doors.
There was still 5 minutes until close.
I know, I'm the customer running in last minute but they could have left doors open until they close. I went in for 1 thing and knew exactly where it was!!
So frustrating. We came all this way for nothing!! The lady with the keys locked eyes with me.
Perhaps, it's time to change the hours to reflect the willingness to work of the employees.

This is a pretty big store. It’s always super clean and the staff is awesome. Sherri has been awesome every time I have been in there. There’s a huge selection of basically anything you can think of.

The items in the store should all be 1.25$ right? Well without much indication there are items for 5$ each… like frozen food that you can buy for much cheaper somewhere else. So to my surprise at check out for 9 items it was way more than expected. The worker was very short and found her to be unhelpful.
