Stopped to get scotch tape. Got lost and couldn't find it, so I asked the guy at the register. His response? "It's everywhere you'll just have to find it."
Found his coworker stocking aisles and she was a lot more helpful.

Every time I go in there, there’s one cashier helping 24 people in line and two other people in the aisles, pretending to put stuff away. I’ve walked out of there three times already. I don’t know why I go back.

My wife and I were at the counter checking out, and she said that her hair kept getting caught on something. The lady checking us out said it might be a tag, and it was! She kindly came around the counter and felt the neck area of her coat and confirmed there was a tag. She said, "If I were you, I would go home, sit down with a pair of scissors, and cut that out". Thank you ma'am for your help!

I was in the middle of cleaning on my first day off in the past two weeks and the fingertips of my gloves tore. I glanced at the clock, saw I still had time so I raced over to the dollar tree to grab another pair. I arrived with plenty of time to grab my item and check out, but walked up to the doors locked early and employees on the other side of the door just looking at myself and another gentleman who was also trying to get in. I work in the service industry and have also spent 11 years in retail and know it's just bad business to lock the doors before you're closed. Especially if you can see multiple customers walking up. I understand wanting to leave at the end of the day, but if you're open till 9:00pm, then be open till 9:00pm. Instead of turning away customers and losing sales, a friendly 'Hey, we'll be closing shortly' is totally appropriate and then lock the doors once you are in fact closed.

Dollar tree balloons last FOREVER! Y'all - go buy your balloons there for special occasions. Why, you may ask.... This balloon is FINALLY on the decline... It was purchase MAY 15th, 2024 for my husband birthday... 2 MONTHS AGO! For $1.50 you cannot go wrong! Just go there with an open mind and friendly attitude! You'll have the best experience!

So I will never be going to this dollar tree again!!! Now I know kids shouldn’t be running in the store. I get that so that was happening and I was about to tell my children to stop because they no better and some older lately just straight up yells like literally so rude yells at my children “THERES NO RUNNING IN THE STORE” now I understand that there shouldn’t be at all! But honestly you didn’t even give them a warning or you could have told them nicely the first time! I told her just as mean as she was to my kids “THANK YOU I WAS ABOUT TO SCOLD THEM MYSELF” and her attitude changed real quick “well haha thank you for being a parent who watches there kids” like lady who are you! And then to top it off my daughter had to use the restroom mind you it is
About 4ish and the man tells my daughter sorry the bathrooms are closed for the night. That’s it. No it’s out of order or something’s up just it’s closed! My daughter is 8 okay. I honestly understand my kids were in the wrong I get that but do people really have to be so rude?

I gotta say I like this dollar tree more than most. They always have good stock, and the staff are usually pretty friendly. I don't take anything away from the store being a bit of a mess, most dollar trees are like this. I have 0 complaints over all the times I have been in ??

This is literally the best dollar store you'll ever go to. They always have the neatest items and I can never leave with just what I went in for. The employees are super nice and professional. They take take the store cleanliness and stocking seriously. Really hope the good employees get paid good wages because I won't ever choose another dollar store over this one.
