Couldn't find everything we needed, but close enough. The line at the point of sale was forever long, it would've helped to ask for assistance at the checkout. But the cashier didn't think of that. Instead she would rather keep her head down and work way too hard instead of smarter.

Today I walked in this store with my two daughters. I was coming to get stuff for some blessing bags I wanted to do for the homeless. I didn't even get that far unfortunately. My daughters were grabbing some things they wanted to buy near the cash register. My daughter grabbed one of the cow bells and rang it for a few seconds that the store employees had advertised on a shelf eye-level for a 3 year old.
Next thing I know I hear the lady at the register (shorter older blonde woman) yell something our direction. We're an aisle over and my kids were hidden behind the aisle so the only person she could clearly see was me. Because I didn't know what she said I just ignored it and then I heard yelling again but this time she says "stop with the bell". I look at her and said, are you talking to us? She said, "yes I'm telling your kids to stop with the bell." I immediately said to her, if there is an issue you need to be addressing the parent not children. She rolls her eyes and instead of helping us after I get in the checkout line, she moves me to the managers lane.
I then ask the manager why she would allow her employees to talk to customers and children like that. The manager then responds with an attitude stating "she just told your kids to stop with the bell". I said I was standing right there. I know what she said. The manager then says "yeah so was I". Before I could even respond the older lady walks over and says "mam, I did not see you and did not know you were their mom. And if you are their mom then you should be taking better care of your kids. Moms take care of their kids. I would never let my kids act like that!"
I look at the manager and her eyes got big. I then ask the lady, "you're telling me I don't take care of my kids because I was letting them play with a bell that you had out at a level where any child could access all of them?!"
I look at the manager who literally said nothing to calm the situation and I then asked for the corporate number which the she initially claimed she didn't have. I told her I would wait until she got it and did for almost 10 minutes.
I called corporate and left a message with my complaint as soon as I walked out. Also informed them that I had a recording of the encounter on the message which the manager tried to run away while I was recording. This staff is absolutely rude EVERYTIME you go in and clearly do not enjoy their jobs. Sad but would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE.

My complaint is about Juana (Cashier on 10/07)
My daughter went to ask for the key for the toilet, Juana said someone was in the toilet, my daughter went back and waited outside, the person inside came out and closed the door as soon as she came out, so my daughter went back to Juana and asked for the key again and told her that the person had closed the door, Juana did not let her borrow the key because she said she should have waited outside, which she did. When I went to pay for my items my daughter told me about it and now Juana said "you want to use the key now" of course we said no. There was no manager to complain to. The store phone # does not work. and their email does not work so I hope this gets to the manager at ustick store #6644- Boise Idaho.

This location closed before 10 pm and locked the doors right in front of me. They had 3 staff clearly inside. The sign states that this location is open until 10 pm on Wednesday nights. Google states the same. If you refuse to serve customer during those hours, correct your hours please.

we came in for a quick candy run before the movies, they had closed the store 10 minutes before close. gave us terrible glares and dirty looks in the parking lot, and then told us they were closed and continued to just stand there and stare at our car. just rude and negative vibes. didn’t even wanna get out in the first place when they started glaring

Their employees always ignore the massive lines and unpack boxes instead of helping check out. I'm always reminded why I don't like this location. I've asked their employees several times if they can come help and they act like I'm the biggest inconvenience.

I was at this location earlier today with what I would consider an 'unusual' need as far as customer assistance requests go. The manager who assisted me, Heidi, went a step further than above and beyond for me. She was knowledgeable about where to find specific items and extremely kind throughout the entire interaction. The world would be a much better place if it had more people with the same kind of energy as Heidi does. 5 stars, and I will be coming to this location again.

with the price of Fiji water (7 bucks a pack) i can rely on dollar tree to get like 10 bottles of Fiji water then i will have to pay 10 bucks!!!!
