HORRIBLE place HORRIBLE service from DENNIS and MANAGEMENT. A joke of a company. Guy insulted me three times before I even checked in. Asked me if I had ever been to an office building before all because I didn't know where to go and had never been drug tested before...meanwhile when you walk in it takes you to the hallway where people are testing, not the front desk area. So my bad for being a minority and walking in your establishment. You disgust me Dennis Richardson
Edit: Yeah I'd like to ask if being passive aggressive or straight up rude is a part of how you do business? This is how you handle a complaint regarding micro aggression, unprofessionalism, poor organization, poor cleanliness, poor communication? Is with denial, and passive aggression. I hope you release the AUDIO too.

I had to get a hair follicle test done and let me tell you this place was incredible! They were so professional and kind. I have to give a huge thank you to Amanda who went above and beyond to answer any questions I might have. She was incredible and went above and beyond her job duties. Exceptional service! Totally helped me prove my innocence threw a hair follicle test. I had a dirty ua from Averhealth and I had not used. So I tired telling my councilor and my po that it was a false positive but I had to prove it and drug shield made that happen for me. Drug shield explained my options and kept in contact with me and me only as I requested threw the process and due to drugshields efforts I have cleared my name and was able to prove that my word is what it is and kept me from a pv. I am grateful I made the call to drug shield and if u have a similar situation you should not hesititate to call drug shield.
