Incredibly disappointed!!! I do not plan to ever buy Eddie Bauer again. The clerk at the store flatly refused to return a coat with a broken zipper. Apparently, they have changed their return policy to one year. When we purchased our coats they sold them with a lifetime warranty. I see no reason to buy Eddie Bauer products now because there are plenty of equal or better quality products available with a better price point.

Such a great staff here. They are always friendly and helpful. Great deals. Great quality. Definitely the place to pick up your fall and winter clothes. With all outlets you should visit frequently. You never know what you may find.

I enjoy going to the Eddie Bauer Outlet. The prices are unbeatable and the store is always stocked full of many styles in all sizes. The customer service has always been first rate! Definitely worth the extra few minutes in drive time to get there and shop.
