So I had to rent a car from here because my car was being worked on at Larry H. Miller's Collision Center, which by the way is a great place to take your car. Stand up work and professional people there. Now I forget the guys name who helped me but he takes me to my rental which is a Dodge Charger and I ask him two questions... Does this car have snow tires? He says Yes. Does this car have seat warmers and he says Yes. When I start driving the car, it turns out this car doesn't have seat warmers. I actually got stuck leaving my apt complex from the driveway because the back wheels were just spinning on the ice and not getting traction. Someone coming from behind me got out started to help me, I told them that this car was a rental and they asked me. Why did they give you this car? I said I don't know. I also told them that the car rental spot said the tires were snow tires. The person helping me said, I think they lied to you. Anyways the next day I call in to see if I can trade the car in for a different car because no matter what, this car was skidding all over the place on slow and simple turns. The person I talked to then was someone different to who rented the car out to me, they told me to just drive slow and to take turns easy. That they didn't have a car at the moment to trade me for. So I gave it another day to see how it would go. That night after work, it took me 30 mins just to get my car out of my parking spot on the street. My coworker told me, Ideally you don't want that car because it's a heavy car and if you don't have the right tires, you'll just slide all over the place. Which was happening to me. So the next morning I call in and let them know I'm displeased the my rental that I've had for 2 days already and I would like a new one. The employee was actually helpful and they told me I could go to the Enterprise at Boise Airport and they will have a car for me. The manager at the airport was very professional, she let me check out the new car before she gave me the keys. She even told me she checks tires everyday and told me the tires to the Dodge Charger were actually very bad and she was surprised they rented me the car out and told me that they were snow tires. I wasn't shocked. The new rental was a Toyota Camry and you could tell the tires kicked a**. I was very pleased with the traded in rental but very bummed out by the lack of effort and care from the Enterprise off 222 S Auto Dr. Boise, ID 83709. Why not let the customers choose the car they want? Why not help them out when they aren't satisfied with a rental?

My Enterprise car rental service wasVery professional and courteous!.Tanner and Brendan were very nice and made sure that the vehicle type I had requested was provided and they addressed every question and concern quickly . Everyone in the Enterprise office gave superior customer service in person and on the phone.Thank you .K Goodrich.

I used enterprise through my insurance while my car was fixed. They were conveniently located within the collision center and quickly set up the rental. Thanks so much!!

I recently was in an accident, and had to rent a car for a little over one month. The first car given got a flat tire, and when I reported the flat tire to enterprise I was told to just try and fill it up. I did that and it kept getting flat, so then I was told to take it into a tire place ( had to take off of work) where they told me there was something lodged in the tire. When they finally agreed to put me in another car, I showed up and they didn't have any available. I was sent to the other location where I waited for almost 1 hour to be switched into another vehicle. When I returned the car and reviewed my receipts there were numerous mistakes charged on my card. When I tried to fix this with them, I was treated poorly and I still haven't been charged correctly. Keep in mind that they add on a charge of 6 percent of your final bill as well.

Terrible experience!!! I asked for a rental that was $30 a day or under. One was dropped off at my shop and it didn’t tell me how much the rate was. I called and asked and they wouldn’t tell me, spoke to 4 different people. Then they tell me a week later that my insurance stopped paying for it a week ago. I was garunteed the money would t be pulled out until customer service called me. They pulled it out anyway the same day. Literal con artist wish I could give 0 stars

It was in the middle of a collision repair facility, so I required help from a customer to find the rental office. Ashley and Claton were helpful in determining the difference in their classification of what is a "Standard" S. U. V and a "Compact" S. U. V. and why they each have different daily rates. Ashley told me about the "Damage Waiver," and its cost per day so i knew exactly what the total cost would be. She also explained that the rate would be higher if I rented from the airport facility.

From the moment we approached the counter to pick up the car to when we dropped off the keys, the service was excellent. Friendly agents, a great car. Overall a very good experience.

Nice people, however I was charged for 2 gallons after I returned the vehicle and gas line was almost exactly where it was when I picked up the vehicle. I called to complain and never got a call back. They will also try to sell you a ton of things at pick up.

Had a really good experience with them! The car was very nice, the delivery was flawless, all the staff I dealt with were super friendly. They were easy to get ahold of. The car was brand new, had lots of features that I didn't expect from a Hyundai. The fellow that delivered the car was a managment trainee, so maybe new, but he did a great job, even checked all the tire tread for me (it was snowing), and it was running and already warm when I got there. Just a great experience overall.

I’ve been renting cars from enterprise for 4 years. I recently made a plus membership so that I can get rewards since I travel for work and I don’t need to look for deals on Priceline since you guys have great deals. I was in a recent car accident and had to get my car fixed. I live in Caldwell and commute to Boise for work so I depend on my vehicle. I came to enterprise to get a car for a few days. After a few days I came back to extend my reservation. As I was making a payment I was short a few dollars on my debit card. Thinking that I could add more money to my account and submit it again, they said they couldn’t accept my card for 24h hours to make the payments. That was the only card I had. They wouldn’t just charge my card the next day to get the payment even though they have my card info and a 200$ deposit because they needed to wait 24 hours. I don’t know if there intention was to make me feel horrible about myself but that’s how I felt after I returned the keys. The guy in the office insisted I get a rental car from Caldwell hinting that my business is no good here. The lady told me I could stay in the car till my ride got there since I had a bit of stuff in the car. But that was a bad idea they had people staring at me, locking and unlocking the car, checking up on the car like I was trying to steal a car that I don’t have keys to. It was 28 degrees outside and my ride was 45 min out and I don’t want to carry all my stuff in the cold. I also felt ashamed to wait in the lobby knowing my business was no good here. My experience here at this location made me realize that enterprise doesn’t care or there was bias involved. I don’t think the plus membership is worth the rewards for a company that doesn’t want my business and makes there customers feel like they have to be in a certain group to rent from them.

You may be tempted by the lower costs to take a cheap taxi over here instead of renting from the airport but don't do it. I arrive and they literally said they rented my car to someone else because I was a "no call/no show" and they are "booking by appointment only." Not sure how I was a "no show" if I was there... also I had tried calling them for several days ahead of my arrival to confirm they had car seats for my daughter and they never picked up. I told them that as well and all they said was "well actually we don't have a phone number...". All of the people there had phones, guess those don't work or something. No one ever called me to tell me about this "appointment" nonsense either. Terrible customer service, they couldn't have cared less. Don't make your travel any more stressful than it is by going here.

Need at full size suv, rented for the weekend of daughter's gymnastics competition. Went to pick up morning of leaving and the vehicle they had for us had mechanical problems and was unable to rent us a vehicle to accommodate a before us. Absolutely a nightmare....

Booked a car through Expedia, and the customer service agent was the absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with. I sat in the office for 15 minutes with nobody attending to me. Only to then be ignored for some other customers who came in after me. Everything about this experience was horrible. I put half the blame on Expedia for messing up some of the details. But the other half was completely on the careless customer service. I will never rent from here again, and I hope these guys get their act together.PS: Opening and publicly criticizing your coworkers without them being there to defend themself doesn't make you look better. Whoever manages this location has some work to do.
