Been a member for decades and they have always treated me very well. They only have one branch which keeps me from using them as my everyday bank.

They hold withdraws and post them before deposits so they can collect NSF fees. They have denied paying my auto bills even though there are suffient funds.

I have banked at ESU for years. I've always found the employees and manager friendly and eager to help with questions I might have. I will continue to do my banking at ESA Credit Union!!!

I have been a member for many years. I have had numerous loans with them and always a great experience. They know me by name and I love doing business with them!!

Horrible management, rude employees, questionable practices: After ESA bought out Boise Valley Credit Union (leaving two people out of a job) I have to rely on the pre-paid debit card issued by BVCU until my debit card from ESA gets in the mail (still hasn't). The other day I was told that I couldn't get money from my account transferred to my card because the manager (Loyal) was the only one with the "codes" or the "information" to do that. I moved to Reno from Boise to go to school but wanted to keep my money in an Idaho credit union because I love my state. However, ESA does not care about me as I was told that "because only a small number of the members (those who used to bank with BVCU) used those cards it must not have been the managers PRIORITY to leave us with the codes." The next day I call to see if I can get my money and Loyal (the manager) did not apologize and was very rude. Also, they've also increased the "fee" to put money onto my card from 50 cents to $2. In all, ESA sucks. I will be taking my business elsewhere!
