I wish I could take away the few stars they have. This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever had the displease of working with. If you can actually get ahold of someone who doesn’t put you on hold and hang up on you, you will get the run around. You will be lied to about your package and it’s location, and then if it does show up, it will be broken or damaged.

Horrible. Had shipment scheduled thru Amazon for Estes to pickup. Confirmed with phone call & email the date of pickup. They didn't show up by 5 pm. Tried to call & no one was at the terminal to say whether or not someone was coming. Waited until 7 pm & no one showed up. Called the next morning & the said "that pickup was rolled to today". That would be nice to know. Had a 2nd pickup today scheduled again thru Amazon (otherwise I would have been done using Estes after the first debacle). Again, confirmed with email & phone call. Lady asked what time we were available & confirmed they would be here between 9 am & 3 pm. 3 pm came & went. Called & they said it is scheduled for tomorrow. After explaining to her that they assured me it was today, she remembered it was her that I spoke to about that. Claims the truck broke down that was supposed to do our pickup, so they just moved it, again without letting us know.

Courteous and fast. Companies like this don’t always ship to private parties without an account. But, they were helpful, and a pleasure to work with when they handled my kayak.

Ordered 135 cases of laminate flooring which Estes was delivering. The night before I got an email saying that they will call me to arrange the delivery. Next morning I wake up with a text message saying my items have been delivered. I went outside to realize that delivery was done without me and all the 135 cases of flooring were staying outside under pouring rain for a couple of hours. As a result had to return 20 cases of wet and damaged flooring back to the store.

We're trying to get them to park at the right places that would make it lives easier. It's also difficult to know what needs to be loaded properly. I had no idea you were supposed to do certain loading the boxes and other things correctly

Do not use this company. When they destroy your freight, which they regularly did in our case, they'll use weasel words like "the packaging is scuffed and marred" rather than "item is fubar" on the documentation and use it to deny your claim.

It may be quicker if you took a horse and carriage to the place of origin of your package.Not only are they slow, somehow they will lose your frieght at the Boise terminal and take weeks to attempt to find it.You will also spend a good chunk of your time attempting to talk with someone who will offer little help or confidence they will find your package.Avoid them the best you can, it may even be worth paying extra to ship through a different carrierThey definitely don't do what it takes to get your frieght to you like their hold message says.

Just the absolute slowest shipping that I have ever seen, with estimated delivery dates that seem correct, but miss by over a week. Ridiculous turn around time??

Horrible shipping times. Package will end up being 4 days later than expected delivery. Tracking stopped working and we had to call spent 20 mins on hold to speak to an agent. They won’t deliver without a phone call first. Claims to be the “fastest and most accurate delivery service,” but it’s straight up lies. Such a joke. Giving an extra star because the gal I spoke with was very friendly.

I ordered a "ship to store" item from Home Depot & it was shipped via Estes (I had no choice in transit method, & no option for an upgraded method here). It is currently well past the end of the arrival date window (a Thursday -- Monday wide delivery window) & until an hour ago Estes couldn't even locate my item... It is a 120 pound bench grinder--how do you lose that? As if that wasn't bad enough, now that it has been found, they routed my package from its origin to Salt Lake City Utah, then past it's destination of Boise Idaho to Spokane Washington... it won't be available to me for a couple more days as they route it back to Boise. In summary, my experience has been slow shipping speed, horrible tracking & transit management, lost shipment, & terrible customer service. All followed by a "sorry ma'am, there's nothing I can do about it, I just work here. If you have the choice & value your sanity, DO NOT USE THIS 2nd RATE CARRIER!

This place is a joke. I was suppose to receive my shipment February 7th. It is February 25th. Still nothing. All they tell me is they can’t find it and they’ll let me know when they do. It’s a shower and shower doors. Kinda hard to miss. We have been at a standstill with a project for 3 weeks.

I have really enjoyed using Estes in my work. They are quick to respond and help take care of any issues that we have. Our customers are also pleased as the delivery is very timely. If there have been any issues, Estes staff has always been very prompt to help fix our issues.
