Excellent quality furniture. They have free designer assistance in helping you select and arrange your furnishings. You can special order and choose from a wide variety of products and colors. They also have a large floor selection to view products in person. They'll deliver your order and pick up old mattresses. Nice, pleasant, and helpful staff.

Although I loved working with the designer and she gave the best advice, Ethan Allen of 2023/24 is not the same quality as the Ethan Allen of 1995. Our $8k sectional was not made correctly, and they fixed the problem to my liking 100%, but the cushions look like they are a year old already and we are 125 and 165 pounds, so there's that. I turn them over daily so they don't settle, but one shouldn't have to do that. The beautiful coffee table scratches VERY easily, we have no pets or kids, super careful, so another bummer. The dining table is awesome, so I would suggest getting your couches/chairs/sectionals somewhere else (Bungalow maybe) and stay away from the Connell coffee table, anything wood really, smooth finish. Get the weathered finish like we did for our dining table, and you'll be happy.

We loved working with Laura Mitchell and her design was perfect. Laura helped us blend family heirloom pieces with new furniture to fit the space correctly. We tried a different layout, than what Laura originally planned with one of the rooms, and decided to go back the original Whiskey Room idea. Of course her design was spot on!!!We love how much thought went into our design and our home feels warm, inviting and that friends/family want to stay awhile! I look forward to working with Laura for the finish details like artwork to truly finish off these spaces.Thank you again for all your help with our home Laura and I look forward to working with you again. Val Hartl is a very talented designer who listens and develops amazing floor plans and furniture ideas. I have used her for the first floor of my open plan home and it looks incredible. She gives honest opinions and respects my decisions. She is a true pleasure to work with, and has a gift for making overwhelming projects feel manageable. Highly recommend!Update: I recently completed a bedroom project with Val and it is stunning! Val continues to exceed my expectations. She truly listens and asks great questions to ensure she understands the look I am seeking. Val is amazing!!!

We ordered a leather recliner to match a leather couch that we previously purchased. Sharon Jursch was very helpful showing us different styles, colors and hardware. The recliner was delivered in the timeframe that was promised. We are very happy with the product and the service that we received at Ethan Allen in Boise. We will visit again next time we are shopping for furniture.

My husband and I recently worked with Sita at Ethan Allen in Boise to design and purchase all new furniture for our living room. The results were amazing and the furniture completely transformed the room! Sita suggested fabrics and colors I wouldn't normally think to consider normally. But the final result speaks for itself and we couldn't be happier! Beautiful quality furniture and excellent customer service! Who could ask for more? Ethan Allen is by far the most elegant furniture of the highest quality and workmanship in the area. Thank you Sita and all of the other folks who assisted us at Ethan Allen! I have purchased several pieces from Ethan Allen and I'm always impressed with the quality.I've utilized their design consultant, Val Hartl on two occasions. Val has an amazing eye and provides excellent advice on the right pieces for my project. She is thoughtful and patient with my process on picking pieces for my home. She has been to my house to measure and provides me with CAD drawings that greatly enhance my ability to make an informed decision.I highly recommend Ethan Allen if you're looking for quality pieces for your home that will last and I cannot overstate my appreciation and accolades for Val Hartl. She's fantastic!

We first shopped at Ethan Allen in Boise to purchase a bed that we had researched. We met Val Hartl on that visit and happy to say she became our designer. Val has helped walk us through every room in our home understanding our tastes and tying a theme throughout the house. We appreciate the Ethan Allen quality and the commitment to make sure all products are delivered in great shape and any installation is followed up to make sure it was done correctly. Working with Val is like having a personal designer.
