I will never buy a pair of shoes from anywhere other than famous footwear! Employees here are amazing and the selection is more than what anybody could need. I love their satisfaction guaranteed refund policy absolutely a lifesaver!

Worst customer service. The store was empty, and I was trying to have an order shipped to my mom. Supposedly one staff was "new" but the manager was there and was supposed to provide the proper support. The manager took over and completed the transaction after several attempts due to the system not liking the address. I decided to call customer service 888 number to double check the status of the order I was told that it was canceled. I never received a notification of the cancellation. WTH! What really upset me was that I repeatedly suggested to have the order send to a another FFS. I'm Not sure if she even tried my suggestion but never communicated anything. She was behaving like she simply wanted to complete the transaction in whatever way, which is a red flag because there is no guarantee that the order will be shipped. Again-- why the option of picking up at a different store was an issue? She ended up overwriting the system to get to accept the address provided. Yeap-- customer service is pretty poor and higher up should look into it. In general customer service is in the drain these days. No one cares anymore. The worst part is that there was no line and no pressure for them. Again, now I understand why this place was empty when I first walked in.

Great selection, best in Boise. Staff is very friendly, informative and helpful with any and all questions. Doesn't hover over you while you shop but let's you know they are their to help! Checkout was simple, no lines at noon. And I found exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend to family friends and strangers. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

Clearance was buy 1 pair get second 1/2 price. We found a pair of shoes we really liked and then grabbed a second pair we liked! With our points we only spent $60 including tax.

Terrible customer service. Walked in, 2 High School students dressed for the job were talking, completely ignored us while we walked around looking for shoes. When my husband said we're leaving they looked at us and did the say anything. My husband told them it's pretty poor customer service not to greet customers coming in and ask if you can help them. Obviously no work ethic there and very low stock, skip it and go somewhere else like we did

I can usually find something I'm looking for at Famous Footwear. They're selection is good for a variety of shoe styles, and they usually have my size (10-11), which is such a common size.
