I have used this FedEx location on a number of occasions and I have to say that each time has been a really positive experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I have gone in directly to get jobs completed, and I have also initiated jobs through email. Both approaches have been great.

Tends to be very expensive to ship internationally with, compared to most other shipping company's, but also very trustworthy, prompt, & reliable to do so. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, & courteous. Always a good experience every time I go there to ship something of mine.

FedEx SmartPost ought to be investigated by the FTC. How is it legal to treat customers so badly and not even give them recourse to file a claim?

I paid $99.25 for guaranteed 2-day shipping, with a promise that my package would arrive in New Mexico by 5 PM on Saturday. I shipped it Thursday morning, giving what I believed was ample time. However, the package did not arrive until 1 PM on Monday—well past the guaranteed window.
Not only was this a major inconvenience, but the missed deadline also disrupted important plans. When a company offers guaranteed shipping, especially at a premium price, I expect them to honor that commitment—or at least communicate any issues in advance. I received no timely updates or explanations.
I’m extremely disappointed in the service and will be reconsidering future business unless this is made right.

The staff at this location is outstanding and truly care. Efficient and friendly. Have used them multiple times for both business and personal jobs, extremely satisfied.

Pray you never have any delivery issues with FedEx! If your telephone service provider sends you something to the wrong address it's not their problem nor will they help to rectify the problem. I get that it wasn't their fault, but FedEx was returned the item and now claims to know nothing about it. Happy Christmas
