After using the services here a couple times I can confirm what others have said about their customer service. The young people working here have mastered the art of making the customer feel like a massive inconvenience. I understand that its not the most glamorous job (I work in retail) but they could at least treat people with decency and respect.

If you need ANY type of help and you want to go here..... just stop and go somewhere else. No one wants to help or give direction in how to even just print things. You will waste SO MUCH MONEY when it's not needed!

It always has exactly what I need to get my pkg shipped off fast and easy. I appreciate the staff and how polite they are to each and every patron. They are always eager to help everyone no matter the need.

I entered and stood in the shipping line. The staff member at the counter was chatting with a non staff member about what sounded like her kid/s play date with another family they were getting to know. There was another staff member on the printing side of the counter that said they could help me. With a vibe suggesting i was an inconvenience showed me the new self help kiosk. Nice to know this exists and can print a receipt. Not nice to feel like I'm a pain for the staff to deal with due to one of them having a personal conversation and the other unhappy with their job/dealing with the public.

Waiting on a very expensive helmet and Ivy called me multiple times with updates. Definitely expect so much time and effort taken by this team.

Look a little like zombies and have not used any sort of customer service skills. No eye contact. I've been in 2 times because of location convenience. I'll drive further to avoid in the future

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience. The representatives were unprofessional, unresponsive, and failed to provide any assistance or guidance. This lack of support left me with no choice but to cancel my shipment. This is not the right way to handle customers, and it reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. I expected better from a global service provider like FedEx.

The young girl had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I left and went to a different FedEx store so I didn’t have to deal with her. Beyond rude.

Fast, friendly, easy, same-day printing service! I even discovered a typo in my print job after it had already been completed and they were still able to fulfill my reprinted order in the original timeframe.
