The worst service ever. I had a driver two days in a row come to my house park in front, never get out. I asked if he needed help moving my package, told me there was another truck because they were so full. And he left, check for updates and it showed business was closed. I am a residential address and I talked to him. Second day, driver shows up again and again leaves. Again shows can not be delivered. The warehouse manager here in the Treasure Valley is just getting the check and not doing a thing about it. I will cancel any order being shipped through FedEx, they suck. Customer service ignores you. Nothing gets fixed. My next letter goes to Corporate with video evidence that backs up my claims. Because it is a video my pic does not show how long the driver was here for without making not on delivery

On 5.6 driving from N.ID to S.ID on I84, this truck entered the left hand lane several times in front of fast moving cars including mine for no reason at all. It seemed the driver was moving into the fast lane just to slow cars down or be difficult to maneuver the road causing dangerous driving conditions.

It is raining today, so instead of actually delivering my package, the driver said he attempted. Thats a bold face lie. I have been out front all morning. People rely on their packages arriving on time. FedEx is worthless.

FedEx sucks. You can’t talk to a person and their automated system isn’t helpful. I usually have animals shipped to me through them and have to worry that they will be late causing with the posibility the animals could die.

I had an issue with a delivery (or lack thereof) and was helped by Kimmie. She went completely above and beyond attempting to resolve my issue. I really appreciated everything she did to try and figure out what went wrong, and provide solutions.

Driver of box truck drives by house every day at excessive speeds. It’s a private dirt road (road base) on Badger Lane. It’s been posted for people using Badger Lane to go 15 MPH.

Nothing my fault - All consequences/time
put on me.
1. Delivered my expensive package with photo of completely wrong house.
2. Were able to locate package and then have the audacity to tell me they can’t find my address and need to drive to their Meridian office. I live near downtown Boise.
3. Empty promises from FedEx. Each day was another story.
