African American lady with curly hair working tonight was really nice, helpful and welcoming. Definitely the right person to have working the front desk. Will be shipping FedEx for all our business needs from now on.

I can't decide which is worse, the website or the phone service. Neither help with a delivery problem after they miss the window of predicted delivery. Not everyone has all day to wait for their convenience . "delivery manager" is clearly not a manager - just redundant, yeah we will get it there when we feel like it.......

Don't go there inless you have credit card , or a bank card of some kind. They do not take cash at all.

I was charged $150 to overnight a small package , it went out on a Monday and arrived on Thursday causing my wife to reschedule her flight home costing me even more money and no refund at all from Fedex. I won't use them ever again, the USPS would have been faster !!!

Not too impressed when I was there. I was the only customer so they were not busy. They didn’t really care that I was there. The put stuff away right under my legs and didn’t say excuse me or care that it was weird to be in my space while I was trying to figure out what to use.

Driver lied. Said he attempted to delivery but no one was home. We were home AND have a ring doorbell. No attempt was made. Besides, the package doesn’t require a signature. Called, they told me they would make the driver come back by 6, still no delivery. Tracking now says “operational delay”…yep, operationally lazy. Now it’s the weekend so it won’t come until Monday but the item was purchased for this weekend. Ridiculous!

Ordered tires online, all 4 shipped from the same warehouse in IA on the same day. Somehow, 1 shows up on Saturday, the other 3 are "delayed" due to weather. Monday they were again "Delayed" due to resident not being available during an "attempted" delivery. Funny that they never came to my house. I was home all day and have a ring door bell and no video of an attempted delivery. I called customer service and they said they would submit a ticket and I would be called by the local center. I called back 4 hours later and they said no ticket was submitted. Failure at every point of this transaction. Google should really make zero stars an option.

Employee sent my package to a different location rather than holding it for pick up as I specifically asked, then pretended he didn’t know who could’ve messed it up, but assured me it was not him. He’s the one I had talked to and asked to hold it. I knew him by name and had ask him to not send it to a different location or pick up, but he did it anyway. So now I am 30+ minutes out of my way going to get a package that should have just been held, if there were someone in the office with even the slightest ability to listen.
