If you send money through Zelle, I would not recommend this credit union. The app and website are constantly down for maintenance and the Zelle feature is occasionally down and not working. I was told by a customer service rep that they had no ETA of when Zelle would be back up. I understand that, however, I have bills I want to pay but the app is down and I am unable to pay them. I plan on withdrawing my money, closing my account, and I will be banking with ICCU. ICCU's app is never down for maintenance and it is much more user friendly than FT's app.

Fantastic, personal bank and branch. I've been with first tech for a decade, and their rates and service are still always the best. Highest interest rates paid on savings, lowest HELOCs, and going into this branch feels like going into your own private bank, it's a great experience.

This credit union is a JOKE. They say they'll get back with you and don't. Been waiting 4 weeks for my situation to get resolved after having been told initially that a check would be sent to me and accounts closed within 3-5 business days.They are holding my deceased fathers funds hostage and I'm listed as the POD on the account! My deceased fathers home may foreclose now all because of them. I wouldn't ever do business with this bank. DON'T do it. They are not a good financial institution.

Scammers!!Apparantly a great place for criminals! Never heard of this bank til started getting nasty letters. Apparantly they gave some random dude money in our name! Heres a thought..How about verifying identity before handing out cash!!

I've been dealing with identity theft for 2-years now and somewhere in the U.S. someone opened an account with First Tech FCU under my wife's name. I called the bank manager Jaime Valdez and he was OUTSTANDING!!! First, he answered the phone, unlike other institutions I've had to deal with. Secondly, he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for customer service this is the place. Luckily, First Tech identified the fraudulent account and prevented any loss on my end.

Visited branch to set up a new membership hoping to establish a long lasting relationship. However, first impression was poor to say the least. Had to make several phone calls to branch in order to obtain information that should have been given by staff in a timely manner.

You get the customer service quality and empathetic warmth of one of the big banks or Comcast without any of the benefits of being a small local credit union. Crooks!

This credit union is a joke. Tried to call to discuss an issue related to a trip and keeping my account open and serviceable and these clowns will call me back the next business day. I’ve been a member for over 30 years and their customer service is lower than a snakes belly. We should all close our accounts until they provide a reasonable level of service.I can get better service from a corner loan shark. Unbelievable. The executives who lead this company should gang themselves for their mismanagement and degrading of the once great service to their members.

I have banked with this bank for over 30 years and I am moving my accounts to another credit union. Their "technology" is very frustrating and unhelpful. I want to be able to deal with people when I need to.

After 20 years we closed our accounts. Their customer service has gone in the toilet. This was a great place to bank for years. Way too many bad experiences in the past few years. Hold times to speak to customer service are insanely long. Good riddance.

Over many years I've had excellent customer service from the Boise HP/Addison Ave/ First Tech Credit Union folks.
