We have worked with Fisher's for 7+ years at this point and I just wanted to say how helpful Sammy Wicks was on his recent service visit to my office. He went above and beyond to show me additional tricks and tools our printer was capable of to make sure I could utilize it to it's capabilities. He was extremely friendly and efficient and I wanted to make sure his service was acknowledged. Thank you!

Royal, Sara, and Andre are a fantastic team. Not only did I save 40% on my monthly printer expense... it is a better machine. I have basic needs. I learned a lot about printer options too, i didn't realize their printers can do so much, and are modular, so if i decide i need more features later, I can add a finisher, etc. Very cool. Grateful for you guys!

Fisher's is a fantastic company to work with! I called about an issue with our printer and from start to finish, the experience was smooth, and professional. Nick, our service tech, was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, knowledgeable, explained what was going on and how to resolve the issue we were experiencing. We felt confident in his expertise and appreciated how easy he made everything. Highly recommend working with Fisher's!

We worked with Carrie at Fisher’s recently to have some new printers leased and installed at our office. She was super receptive to our needs, and making sure the printers could do exactly what we needed. Installation went great by their team! We ran into a hiccup shortly after install where our heavier card stock wasn't printing how we needed it to and they quickly dispatched technician Larry to assist. He was able to direct us on the correct printer and pc settings for our paper thickness and the preferred trays to use; like magic he had us printing on our card stock shortly after he arrived. Thank you to the team at Fisher's for taking care of our printer needs, with great customer service!!

This company is leaving us hanging high and dry. I have called our account rep who forwarded me to their tech support only to be told that they would need to call back. My system has been down for 7 hrs today and still no call back. I don't even want to know how much this costing me. Our system should be able to update without me having to pay to get our system operational again or have get on the phone with a technician in order to keep operating. I had all kinds or promised service until I signed on the dotted line.

A few months ago, I purchased a used copier for my business. I am a small business that has operated in my home for 34 yrs. Over the years, I have designed a line of greeting cards. For a long time, I used a local print shop to create the finished product, but the faithful owner retired. Instead of travelling a distance to get my printing done, I contacted Fisher's Technology to see about leasing a copier. Kelsi Strand worked with me & found a used copier that I could purchase. I also contracted for a monthly service plan. The response time for the 2 service calls I have had since purchasing the copier, have been very efficient. The technicians have been great. Recently, Jared, our service tech, was wonderful! He was patient in teaching me how to run some copies on cardstock, what to do to remove jammed paper, & allowed me to take notes on what he was saying. Jared was so personable & kind.
