Our copier issue was identified, worked on, and taken care of with myself barely noticing - Thanks to our service tech, Sammy Wicks. The only reason I knew work had been done before this email was because I saw the Fishers car parked out front & went to find him. This was FANTASTIC and GREATLY appreciated! Saved me time, effort and worry so that I could focus on other things.

I was surprised at how fast a tech came out to work on the issues- they were out within the hour. He showed me simple and very convenient ways to fix my recurring issue. Was very quick and as always very courteous! I highly recommend using Fisher's for all your technology matters!

Always a pleasure to work with. Employees are pleasant and knowledgeable. What few problems we had with our printers have been repaired quickly and correctly the first time!! I used their online order system for tonner for the first time and it was great. Easy to navigate and fast. I recommend Fishers tech. They won't let you down.

Fishers support staff is wonderful. I have had to contact them from the office and from home and every time they resolve my issues quickly. Every time I call, everyone is always so nice and easy to deal with. It is very nice to be able to email the technicians with any updates instead of calling. It makes the process much faster and easier.

I thought the system was supposed to send out a tone when it was low. We have been down for 4 hours because we "THINK" it's because the toner is low. Can't scan, can't print or copy. Support said we would be charged if it wasn't the copier's problem. Not finding a solution but explaining costs. Very poor support. If this is the policy, send out a message to let us know.

My company has outsourced our printer needs to Fisher's technology we have used their services for at least a few years now. So far they have provided expedient service when needed and the techs they have sent have all been knowledgeable and polite. When we order supplies from them I have received them within a couple days. It has been a pleasure working with them and I expect we will continue to do so for many years to come.
