I never thought I'd see the day when I looked forward to physical therapy. I always feel so much better afterwards. On the few weeks I had to miss PT I suffered. Love these people!

Monica helped me work through 3 sets of issues that were limiting my ability to run more than once or so a week. With her help and diligently following her PT excercies I managed the Weiser River 50 K, Bear Pete 30 K and much more. I am on track to exceed 1,000 miles this year, couldn’t have done it without her help.
