I adore Francesca's (Boise Towne Square location)! They have the cutest dresses and tops in there. The staff is always great. I am planning family photos and was able to find the dress I needed but in the wrong size. The sales assistant was sweet and called the other location to see if they possibly had my size. They did! They confirmed skus to make sure it was the right dress. I appreciate the extra service they gave me today. Not all stores are friendly like they are here. It's fantastic!

Missed the return window by one day and was denied an exception, I drove to the village location same day and they kindly helped me.

Just wanted to say that I have repeatedly had an excellent experience here because of Jenny the person who was working around noon today. She's helped me style looks and find outfits at the last second. She seems to find a real joy in helping people style their looks and knows what she’s doing. While I do enjoy your clothing options it's people like her that keep me coming back again and again. Whatever you're paying her give her more. Thank you!!

I had the most successful shopping trip yesterday thanks to the employee! She worked so hard to help me find something that was in style and still my style! She put together an adorable outfit that made me feel amazing and so confident! Will definitely be going back!!

Expensive and poor quality items. The winter clothes are stored together with the summer ones, so the style is a little confusing.

Avoid at all costs. The material is cheap and worth a lot less than they sell it for. The return process is a nightmare and the sizes are not as advertised.

Wouldn't allow me to shop... not accommodating medical exemptions. Said I was a risk to everyone but I'm not sick and just wanted to shop with my kids. I've been a life long customer. This is one of my favorite places to shop... i won't ever be back
