When the customer mistakenly reported missing hardware, Franklin Auto was willing to immediately send the hardware with two-day shipping, no questions asked. The customer will definitely refer all friends. It is important to know the business only sells a few vehicles a year and does not sell classic cars. A scammer from out of the country has created a fraudulent site using the business name and address to offer fake classic cars. These cars do not exist. Do not send money for a classic car or call the number on the fraudulent site. Authorities including the Boise police, the Idaho dealer department, the FBI, and the FTC have been contacted about this active case.
