Worst customer service ever at the Fuel Center I asked for 15$, he charged me $50, I only had $40 in my account so he cleaned me out. I didn't get a refund right away and I won't be going back there again I do not recommend it there! zero out of zero!!

I was foolish and tried a pharmacy closer to home today. Hadn’t been there in 15-20 years and couldn’t remember why I stopped using them - do now! After having my prescription for 3+ hours and still not ready for pick up (no customers in line) took it back and went to Fred Meyer. FM had a long line, were understaffed (as is every business in the valley), and were very welcoming and friendly - and had the prescription filled in 20 minutes.While I waited, I went into the grocery area to find a few things I hadn’t purchased before, and Sarah was stocking the shelves and asked if I needed help. She quickly found everything I needed and I mentioned it had been a tough day and chocolate would probably help. She asked if I liked a particular candy bar and I told her I did - especially in the snack size bar. She took off and brought back a bag (it did help!).Won’t hesitate to drive farther for real customer service again!

Two checkers and the line goes through entire store. Writing my review while I wait... Not good service is bad. Will start shopping elsewhere. Location convenient is all they have. Pretty much sucks to be shopping Fred Meyer today

Absolutely disgusted with Fred Meyer! Been going there 18 years, same Fred Meyer-they refuse to work with employees schedules, causing good long term employees to quit. As a result the store is a mess-the deli has no staff, the bakery refuses to assist when asked, they are constantly out of things and do nothing to show “I’m a valued customer “

Stopped in today to check on a ring that my husband had bought me for our anniversary that had to be sized. The lady working was extremely rude. Acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking. No one else in the store. EXTREMELY disappointed. My husband has bought several nice pieces of jewelry here. But with this attitude we may just take our money elsewhere

So this FM is a little older but still one of the best around. The staff are always really nice and they always have a great selection of so my things. FM is known to be a little higher priced on groceries, like albertsons, but you can do really well with coupons here. Their produce and meat is very good quality. The store layout is very good. Love their garden section! And black friday shopping here is always so fun - they always have donuts and coffee ☺️. FM jewelers is one of the best jewelers in town, I have scored so many beautiful gifts for my wife here. ❤️

They want me to wear a mask but they don’t have touchless options to pay like Apple Pay or contactless options. They also don’t have an option to link up my credit card with my loyalty number and email the receipt..I’m seeing a little bit of Hypocrisy on being “safe”. Maybe follow Walmarts lead on Walmart pay.Also they really need vitamin water in stock

Huge shout out to Jared. I purchased a new diamond to put in my wife's ring. The install Took longer than quoted. Jared personally delivered the ring to my house to help with the surprise. Truly above and beyond in the customer service. Will definitely purchase from again.

Customer service and company standards keep getting worse and worse here. There are good employees at any retail store but this one has moved so far away from training that the store is failing when it comes to employees aware of customer satisfaction and company polices. Go elsewhere for good service. ADDITIONAL WARNING: This store no longer takes coupons on sale items [in store or pick-up] and no longer provides coded receipts for scanning on pick-up orders. And assistance at self checkout is very very poor.

The manager, Jared, has a bad attitude. I went in to inquire about my ring, and why it's taken so long. After he had said "it should be here on Monday" I said "I hope so" (not in any certain way, just hoping for my ring) and then he got a nasty attitude and said, "well it wasn't delivered and she doesn't do deliveries on weekends" like I'm supposed to care? His tone legit set the stage. All I said was "I hope so", and got that in return. Bad experience with that. Definitely would not recommend him to anyone.

Dropped my wife’s ring off to be resized for our anniversary. Call back a week later to check up on it and was told that my ring would be done by October 6. October 6 came and went. Nothing. So I called today, on October 7. I spoke with the assistant manager who told me that someone has been trying to call me numerous times and possibly left voicemails. I work in car sales. My telephone is my lifeline. It doesn’t matter if it is a blocked call, unknown call, not saved in my contacts call, any call... I always answer the phone. I never got a phone call. I never got a voicemail. They said that the ring was not done because the price that I was quoted was wrong. They said that it’s going to go up $31. Which is fine. But the lack of communication and professionalism was ridiculous. Had I not called, they would’ve never called me. I’m leaving town soon and have to have that ring with me. Thanks Fred Meyer. You almost ruined what is supposed to be an enjoyable time.

Took new Citizen watch to the Overland store to have some links taken out. Man used it as a training session for a new employee. Problem: the link came our the next day. Went back and a female employee put the link back in. Problem, the link came out again that evening. Will not go back. Will go to a real jewelry store to have the band fixed.

Came in to browse and get my wedding ring cleaned. The guy who helped us, older gent, asks "is it silver?" Wow. Usually they ask me what it's made of so they clean it right, don't ruin it, etc. But really? Don't assume that because I'm not sporting a giant diamond, what a cliche, that my ring is cheap. I asked my husband for white gold and that's what he got me. Next time try asking what I have. Don't assume. Will not be returning or purchasing from this business again.
