When you call to ask when your medication is due to be refilled because you lost the empty bottle, instead of answering your question (as is her job), Tawny/Tanya will go into a lecture about how long your medications should last. She will not answer the question. She withholds your information that you have a right to.
Epic fail guys.
But judging by other reviews, no one at this location is a fan of their job or likes to help people. They'll just hire anyone.

I really enjoyed the female pharmacist who worked at this location who gave me a consult- caring, understanding and intelligent.
The tall, male tech with red hair could not have been any ruder. It was like I was interrupting HIS JOB to ask for prescriptions. Gosh, if you hate your job so much that it affects your customer service, maybe it’s time to find a new line of work. Really terrible experience with him & I hope he doesn’t treat the loved ones in his life the same way.

After spending many, many years jumping around pharmacies to find the right one - I finally did several years ago. The staff at this Fred Meyer have always been very friendly and helpful. Adam has been great as he continues to study current medical and pharmaceutical information and studies, especially with current controversies on vaccines such as Covid. I appreciate and trust his knowledge and recommendations as well as his light touch on the vaccinations. Happy to stay with this pharmacy.

I'm a frequent customer at this pharmacy. Up to three times a month or at least twice a month for about 2 1/2 years. I've always been treated with kindness and respect. I've never been treated poorly. I appreciate the dedication they have to their customers it makes each visit quick and easy.

This is an “atta boy” for the staff (pharmacist) working on May 26. He went out of his way to ensure I received a script that was inadvertently sent to a different Fred Meyer. I regret I do not know his name but suspect it might have been Allen. Regardless I have had exceptional service from the pharmacy staff.

So Freddie's has a SUPER-pharmacist named ADAM who went ABOVE AND BEYOND ON THE WEEKEND FOR THE SECOND TIME. ? Same pharmacist, two entirely different busy weekends, Adam went above and beyond for me, and in doing so has made my life easier when he didnt have to but he did. Thank you to the Franklin Fred myer and pharmacist Adam for helping me thru this journey we call life, and making it a little easier!

Lazy no follow through! Decided to not transfer my prescriptions after they said “we faxed the other pharmacy and never heard back”. How about a phone call?!

There is always some reason my prescription isn't filled. No matter how long it has sat there half the time you still have to wait for them to start filling it when you get there. Almost everyone you deal with acts like you are bothering them the minute you walk up to the counter. My doctor upped a dosage and they just decided not to fill it because I picked up the lower dosage a couple of weeks before and decided I didn't need to get a more yet. It isn't for them to make that call when my doctor sends it in. They aren't my doctor. Will be switching pharmacies soon.
