Terrible customer service! Beware when you buy clothing. I followed all the rules, kept my tags on, had the receipt and came to return the items less than a week after I purchased them. But, after we started the return, I got some spiel about the card that I had with me wasn't the right one! Their attempt to get me to get a gift card instead of a returning on my funds. Pretty greedy for a store that already charges escalated prices for everything they sell. Their receipts also state NOTHING about this ridiculous policy. I have never had this problem any other place I have had to return an item. If your going to treat me with distrust and disrespect I will no longer shop at your store and pay your bloated prices. I proceeded to return the items to another location without a problem, so clearly they were lying about their ability to return my items. DO BETTER! Most stores don't even require a card at all when you return items, but Fred Meyer is living in the stone age.

Nice place to shop. Could use better cleaning in the restrooms. Walls and urinals are disgusting but good place to shop if you get what you need then leave.

Connor in the electronics departmwnt was amazing and friendly in helping me find some batteries and a charging cable. He was knowledgeable and courteous as he guided me through what to purchase.

I have been going to this Fred Meyer for over a decade. They have an awesome staff and the store is always clean. There was some confusion for me when they reorganized the store, but I've got it down again.
