About Gem State Gymnastics
Our gymnastics programs are held in our 22,000 sq. ft. facility with top quality equipment. All our classes are taught by qualified instructors utilizing progressive lesson plans. Our learning center classes introduce basic gymnastics skills, listening, and following directions as well as socialization with other children. Our recreational gymnastics classes teach beginning through advanced gymnastic skills using the 4 Olympic events for girls or the 6 Olympic events for boys. Boys and Girls are taught in separate groups. Motor coordination, strength, flexibility, and skill development are stressed throughout the program.

Our girls joined Gem State as toddlers and joined their competitive team for 4 years now. Gem State is the best gymnastics gym in the Treasure Valley for competitive gymnastics. The coaches truly care about the gymnasts and prepare them to compete in the Treasure Valley, State-wide and Nation-wide.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The head coach answered all my endless questions and the office staff was the most warm and friendly we have dealt with at a gym! So far very impressed with coaching and environment. Coach Tiffani really cares about her athletes and their health /wellness super impressed so far!!!
