Ive been sitting in front of the store for 20 mins now and they still arent open! Reading other reviews it seems like they cant open the store on time or close early. Is it to hard to ask for someone to be on time and close on time? CORPORATE NEEDS TO TAKE A VISIT TO THIS STORE!!! Manager must not care about his store....

The bad reviews are legitimate. I showed up at 10:10 today and the doors were locked despite opening hours stating 10am.
I am not brushing off the bad service from past experiences anymore. GNC lost my service for good.

Thug customer service rep, talked my ear off for 10 minutes about his life of crime. Then he got angry that I didn't want to give him any information for a membership, said that I was "messing with his stats". I will absolutely steer everyone I know away from this store.

Man… I’ve shopped at GNC now for several years. I will never do business with this company ever again. Not sure what happened on the customer service side but the guy working there was so egregiously rude. I rarely post reviews because I get it, everyone has a bad day. But as someone who’s had past experience in the industry, you don’t treat ANYONE like that, ever. Stay away from the store off federal way.

I showed up at this GNC 2 minutes after closing. Could see the manager at the counter and knocked on the door. I knew what I needed and was hoping I could just get my product and go. Instead, the guy just ignored me. I had to hit the door harder to get him to look up, and when he did, he just shook his head at me. No attempt to discuss anything, just ignored me.I get that it was slightly past closing time, but he could have handled it much better.I'm all about supporting local businesses, which is why I came here. But this guy couldn't have been any ruder.GNC has lost not only that sale but all future sales from me.

Hand written sign says “closed for the weekend”. Still open on google and the hours are incorrect (closes at 6pm). Unprofessional establishment, recommend going to Boise Mall for a true GNC store.
