Goldstein’s is my go to quick lunch. Their everything bagel with hot honey bacon cream cheese is incredible. I also like the Szechuan cream cheese. The coffee tonic is refreshing and caffeinating. The prices are reasonable- $5 for a homemade bagel and specialty cream cheese.

The food here was okay, nothing too special. Especially to warrant the high prices. We got a bagel with cream cheese and turkey and paid $14 for it. The atmosphere is pretty warehouse like. The service was pleasant, but nothing special.

Your mean and rude. You could have told me my bag spilled out. And I was just starting to like your place of business

I’ve been in a handful of times over the last year or so. Each time I’ve come, the portions have gotten smaller. The prices seem high based on the amount of meat that you get on your sandwich, for example. $30 for a turkey pesto and Reuben with a juice. Just not the level of flavor and amount of food I’d expect for $30.

Bagels were overpriced - 19$ for a traditional salmon bagel is pretty steep. A bit confusing considering you can get salmon bagels for a little over half that price at other bagel shops, with even more toppings included. Product presentation was flashy and appealing, but the pricing was yet again a turn off. Cream cheese is very thick and overwhelms the taste of other ingredients. Decent location, nice staff. They also offer dietary alternatives, if you’re willing to pay for it.

Stopped in for a quick bagel and cream cheese. I got the sesame with chive cream cheese. The total was $5.50 before tip which is crazy expensive for a basic bagel. The bagel was also almost raw and had no toast to it. I love bagels so this was disappointing. I’ll give good reviews on good food, even if it’s pricey. But unfortunately, this missed the mark on all fronts.

Delicious bagels, with plenty of schmear choices to choose from with some nice cookies to take with you. The prices are bit steep. You will struggle to get out of the restaurant for under $20 for two bagels and a cookie. The atmosphere is excellent and there's usually plenty of street parking. I wish they were open earlier than 8 for the business crowd during the week.

i came here twice before reviewing because i really wanted to like it.first experience took absolute ages — 25 minutes after ordering two bagels with cream cheese i left because i parked in a 10 min zone and was certain i would get ticketed and never actually got the bagels. the two bagels cost me about $11 — spendy for nothing special.second time i brought a friend several days later and the total was $29 for two sandwiches no drinks.we both agreed the bagel itself was not good though the toppings were.the location is beautiful and i want to like it, but the bagel is fundamentally bad. the prices are way too high for what you get. While I hate giving any business a 2 star, bagels are my thing and I have to be honest here. there are three other bagel shops i have tried in boise and all were better.

Best bagel I’ve had in Boise. I loved the fluffy bagel, spicy cream cheese, and the soufflé egg is creamy.I’ve tried almost every bagel place in Boise and I’m not sure why more people aren’t talking about this place. Absolutely delicious.

Wow!! Spicy Boi delivered!! Like when they say it's HOT.....don't buy it unless you like hot!! Fortunately, I love spicy!! They had me at szechuan cream cheese and pulled me in with spicy chilly crisp! I was warned, they told me, "It's spicy." The heat was A-MAZING, but no joke! Context: When I eat eggs at breakfast, just to dip my toast in the yoke, I smother it in Tabasco sauce! This sandwich heat almost had me question my choice but so appreciative of a place that ACTUALLY can deliver on something spicy!! I had to get water, I won't lie, I let the water linger in my mouth before swallowing but in the end, after we left, maybe in about 10 minute, my mouth wasn't burning or "on fire". It's an amazing heat, amazing flavor done just right! Hits you hard to be sure you're serious about spicy and then fades away. I was so impressed they make their own chili oil (the chili crisp part of it), I had to get some extra to add to my food while I'm here (see the beautiful picture). To the owner - please don't take this off the menu! There may not be many that appreciate the true spice, but we are there. Maybe offer it "mild" without the chili on it, but from a spicy lover, this is the best delivery on a promised spicy sandwich! It's really disappointing when you want spicy and it doesn't deliver! To many places like that! Can I offer one thing? Bottle it so people like myself can buy some to take home!!! It's hard to find good, spicy chili oil!! There is one in Calgary Canada that this restaurant made, and its very popular in Alberta. They sell so much that they started selling in all the grocery stores! Yours....better by far!
