The staff was so friendly! Paul took the time to step way for an hour from his present tasks to help me find my perfect clubs and also make some corrections to better my swing! One of the most genuine and patient people that I’ve had help me! He let me take my time and in no way rushed me or pressured me into buying or upselling. He just wanted me to feel comfortable with my new driver and clubs! They earned a lifetime customer! Thanks guys!

The staff here is very helpful. They have higher end inventory as compared to the PGA store and a much better apparel selection. The sales staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to club fitting.

They have an arrogant and rude manager named Andrew. Try to avoid this guy or just go to either Wide World of Golf or the PGA Superstore. They are nice and helpful there. I was in Golf Galaxy to buy new irons, tried some and had made my decision. However, when Andrew behaved badly I left and the next day I bought my irons at The PGA Superstore.

I have never been so frustrated in my life. Had a 4-iron re-shafted. They had to special-order the shaft and I clearly told the clerk I wanted a stiff shaft, not regular. This was the third club I had reshafted and despite being told every time they would call me when my club was ready they never did. This last club they ordered the wrong shaft (regular flex not stiff that I ordered) and after a month I called and waited over a half hour on hold before the clerk told me my club was ready.I did not notice I was given the wrong shaft until after I put my new grip on and realized it was the wrong shaft. I'm done with Golf Galaxy.

Doug helped me get fitted for my new putter, such a good help. He stopped what he was doing to help fit me. Ask for him if you are looking for a fitting!

I get good service every time I am there. They are quick to let me test clubs on a monitor. Regripping in minutes while I shop and an excellent putting selection and space that I am drawn to every time I visit.

My wife and I go here for all our golf needs. They're super helpful if you're simply wanting to try out a club, or if you need more help that's going to take more time. I took my wife to get a new set of wedges on mothers day, and the guy that was helping us at the simulator probably went back and forth 10 times grabbing different wedges until he felt my wife had the right set for her style of play. They always go above and beyond, we love going here.

Golf galaxy - where we tell you at time of purchase if you aren't satisfied you can return or exchange. What isn't said however is that they will give you less than half of what you paid a week prior. Ridiculous

I walked into the store looking for a lady's golf glove with a ring hole. There were at least 6 associates there. I couldn't find what I needed so I went to the front and there were two guys checking out and 4 others just standing there talking to each other. One said we will be right with you. I waited another 5 minutes and I felt like I was invisible so I walked out. I'm not going to give my money to a store who doesn't value their customers.
