Desere(idk if I spelled her name right) did a phenomenal job. She treats me right, she had great customer relations and conversation, very kind and personable. Bring cash though, at least to tip her with, otherwise it will be taxed.

I work with adults with developmental disabilities and we have had some not so great experiences with getting their haircuts done other places. Janice was wonderful this morning! She took the time and care to make my client feel special and taken care of, not like she was a burden or bothersome. I hope she gets the whole tip we left, she deserves it!

Terrible service and the waitlist is fake. Just because your 1st on the list doesn't mean your 1st on the list. They will accept walk ins while people on the list wait.

Wasted my whole lunch with texting me to come in at 1230. I show up on time, im #1 on the wait list, and the staff takes 5 walk in regulars, while #1&2 on their list waits in the lobby to waste my lunch break. I won't ever use them again. I wish I could rate them a zero.

We went in to get my other half’s hair cut. The lady working was older. She shook the entire cut. It’s uneven and when he continued to comment about the spots that didn’t match the notes she said “oh yeah that’s my zero” like her clippers were the problem. He eventually left unhappy. Not before she tried to charge him 46$ for a cut. He said ma’am it looks like you’re charging me for multiple. She looked at him like she had no idea. Another lady kindly came over and fixed it for him. But even the 26 spent was way too much considering we left saying we need to go get him another haircut.
She didn’t take any of his critiques as he tried to help her fix it without hurting her feelings. Just frustrated by this experience. Some training needs to be done. Listening to customers as well as on cuts.

This HAS to be the best Great Clips around! My son and I just returned from getting our hairs cut, and both of the stylists did an amazing job! We had a picture of the look he's going for, and Tiffiny studied it, and did her best to make my son's hair look just like the picture. She even asked to have a second look at it (because she actually cared)!
Thanks again Tiffiny and Missy! You ladies do Great work! We appreciate it, and will see you next time!

I walked into your facility on Overland and asked if I could walk in, knowing how busy you are. The receptionist said yes we have a 15 minute wait. 7 people came in and went in from of me the were three others waiting when I left a hour later . Total waste of my time and still no hair cut. When I told her about my wait going from 15 minutes to an hour she smiled and said shall I remove from the list.
You should adopt a policy of no walk-ins if this is the way you treat people
