I checked in at 6:50 AM and was assigned door number 4. At 8:10 AM, I was unloaded. It's now 9 AM, and 2 hours have passed. I still haven't been unloaded.
The comments say, "You unload very quickly." I booked a load here. I'm sure these reviews are fake.
Guys, before booking loads, think carefully if you really need the load or not. This is dry cargo. It's been unloading for 2 hours. I haven't seen such a nightmare in a long time.

I arrived at 8 and they were already open, I think they work on a first come, first serve basis. So they unload you as you arrive

I came two days before appointment. Got dock at 11:30 unloaded at 12:16. Amazing

Showed up early , got put in door right away. Plenty of room to get into the doors. Porta potty on hand .

Easy to find, lots of room for backing. Check in at office and get a door number. Slide the tandems.
Very friendly. Efficient. Zero drama. Great place to deliver.

Second time I’ve come here and both times had a really good experience. The staff was cool. And both times I was able to drop off early. They are pretty quick to unload up and get u back on the road.

Check in 6:00 now is 9:35 still waiting!They said for checking load ! Seal was !!! Not recommended for delivery ?!

The company should educate their employees about appropriate and inappropriate conduct when dealing with the public. Some of the employees are so busy creating problems that they don't have time to do their jobs.

Will take you early but no overnight parking. Docked immediately and done in an hour or so. Plenty of room to maneuver. Couple truck stops nearby.
