I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful staff was with us older folks. The pool was clean and amazing and the room was comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend!

Hot Tub out of service and Extremely High Fees, $260 in two days without any actual damage. Also the check in process was hours past the 3pm check in. Was told we were given complimentary breakfast to apologize for the late check in, but was still partially charged for breakfast. If you are staying with pets, I suggest going to a more pet friendly location. If there are any complaints of barking you will be charged. I was charged $260 just in fees for having two medium sized dogs here for two days. We unfortunately stayed here while trying to fix the electricity and heat in our home. Really not in a place to afford these fees. It was definitely not something we wanted to have to do, staying at the hotel with dogs. Found ourselves without power or heat on the coldest nights this year. A friend of mine was kind enough to use his Hilton rewards points and got us a room for a couple nights. The fees alone are more than what we've paid to stay elsewhere. We have stayed elsewhere with our dogs while traveling and have never been charged anything above the standard pet fee. I understand if a little extra cleaning had to be done, hence the pet fee but the fees here are exorbitant. I called to ask what the $260 total in fees was for, for $260 I thought maybe there was a damaged door or furniture that got chewed or something else major to charge so much. It was a carpet cleaning and noise complaint from barking. This company takes advantage in how it charges fees

Highly recommend dinner here! The chef came out to each table to ensure our satisfaction. Pleasant, living-room feel of a big family during the holidays. Some friendly dogs may even walk past the fireplace on the way to the guest desk. Actually my favorite flatbread in the valley. The seasonal vegetables are gourmet. As well, the spinach artichoke dip is quite tasty. Beer and wine with some canned cocktails. Mai Tai is good.

My son and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Boise Spectrum on our way to Utah. The check in on the app and digital key are super convenient. We were able to walk straight in to our room without stopping at the front desk. The hotel is clean, the pool area is nice, the fitness room is well appointed. The only thing that our room didn’t have that most rooms have nowadays was USB ports for charging. The free onsite parking was easy to use and felt very safe. The walkable area around the hotel had dining, shopping and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

The space of the room was nice but the room was dirty. The rug was not vacuumed very well & not done under the bead. The water in the Shower is NOT even close to be hot! Seriously we let it run and it was barely warm enough to give a babies a bath! The downstairs restaurant is pretty reasonably priced but the service is horrible! We asked the staff/cook behind the counter what hot dishes with the buffet they were offering that day. The menu did not clarify, she says with a very mean face, & says, “What are you talking about it’s on the menu!” Let me clarify we are a kind, friendly & a reasonable family. If it was busy we would of cut her some slack, but we were the only ones in there besides one other couple!! We never do this but decided to get up and LEAVE!!We had a wonderful breakfast with a lm amazing waiter at Black Bear Diner!!We would not recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel...only complaint is the water would get warm at best for the shower. You need to bump up the water heater temp!

I hate their pillows - mushy things that collapse to nothingness. The rooms are a bit dated. They do NOT have a breakfast that's included. It's an overpriced restaurant with mediocre food. You're better off going to an actual restaurant. I ordered an omelette, and that's what I got. No potatoes, no toast. You had to ask for them, even though the menu states they come with. Very weird.

They have maid service every other day but you can ask for every day. They have a buffet and made to order eggs. You have to sit first. There’s a shuttle to the airport on the hour but not to nearby businesses. There’s restaurants in the immediate area and a movie theater. They have a little market and you can purchase wine. The rooms were quite large.

We stay at Hilton properties so we can eat and have a drink after traveling. I’m older, usually very tired from traveling, then find out the restaurant is closed when checking in.Food & drinks: Irritating when you find the restaurant and bar is closed

Very pleasant staff, clean room, VERY comfortable bed, pet friendly, quite, ADA lifts to both hot tub and pool, both were clean. Gave a one-star on service because we were quoted over the phone hours before arrival that our room would be $174 for the night, and they charged us $230. A couple of days later when I noticed it on my credit card we made a phone call to get the issue straightened up and we have yet to receive a return call back and it's been a week.

Close to the airport, but not too close. We had a minor issue with the room, but the happy staff more than make up for that. It was a great stay!
