Was shopping for my 11 year old grandaughter. Found a top she loved was marked with large sticker with mark down price. So I addedIt to our purchases. After picking all items we wanted I madeThe purchase. My grandaughter said Grammy check your receipt?So I did and the top on sale I was charged $5.00 more then marked sale price.My grandaughter said see this happens to my mom all the time. WOW! 11 year old wisdom. I returned back to register without walking out of the store. Told the young lady about the error. She said that the price it rings up for. I said no the whole rack with more tops all marked with your sale price. She replied sorry that’s the price. I replied NO it is your error all tops are on sale at the lower price. She said or refused to credit me the difference and went on to say this happens all the time why should they have to eat the cost. I told her we didn’t change the price you or your staff marked these wrong if you disagree with what’s clearly marked tag it’s your mistake not the customers. I want a credit she refused again. I told her give me my money back. She then says I need the card you bought it on come back when you have it. WOW! I said the receipt shows this transaction was two minutes ago I haven’t even left the store. She said fine giveMe your card. I did got a credit and left. My grandaughter started worrying about all I bought her and just wanted to return everything. I explained to her it’s not the money it is the principal and honoring a sale. She again remindedMeThis has happened twice for her mom my daughter..She was so upset.So I get home and decided to call and report issue so others were not overcharged and it was a call center most likely overseas based on 3 attempts to get a person above general operator. They refused. I kept hanging up and trying again with no avail. However last time I called I also opted to take customer survey. They placed meOn hold and would not hang up. They were going outOf their way to keep me from leaving a review.H&M clothing is crooked, watch your receipts should you think you’re shopping at a reputable store. YOU ARE NOT!!!So sad to experience this behavior from an associate her not only refused to honor an in store sale but did so with extreme rudeness in front of an11 year old girl.I wish there were a way to leave negative stars as one star is not deserved.

I’ll never order from them again my package was never delivered then they refused to do anything about it. What a trashy business . And they can stop playing obnoxious music in the store also

There was a single baby shirt in the sale section with a red tag for $1. Cashier did not honor the price! I was like why would it be tagged $1 in the sale section if they’re not gonna honor it? Waste of my time.

Paying 10 cents for a bag is something California would do because the state was charging the companies so the companies would charge the customers.However, we have no such law in this state. So why is H&M charging me 10 cents for a bag? Whats the other option? Walking around the mall with an arm full of clothes? You're kind of forced to accept it. Be warned and take your own bags

You use to carry nice spring tops for 55 and over, everything is pretty much for the young adults. Wish you would carry petite pants, hard to find.Service for help not available. To many hanging out at the registers or on cell phone.

Was told I was "disgusting" by the cashier for not knowing he was speaking to me... will never go back. I'm am in fact disgusted someone would treat a paying customer in such manner. might wanna rethink your staffing

They have great dress clothes for teens. My daughter got two blazers here that fit great. The staff is friendly and the racks are always tidy.

Went tonight to grab one thing, already knew what I wanted and exactly where it was. It was 4 min to closing. The lady at the door wouldn't let me in. Awful customer service and super rude!
