I went in recently and was helped by Macy, she was phenomenal. I came to her with a description of a hoodie I was looking for and she went above and beyond. She looked on the app for me and when she couldn’t find it there she went to the back to look. It’s a hoodie I already own but I wanted another one and couldn’t find it anywhere. Although she was unable to find it, she still took the time to look. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Macy! From the girl who ruined her favorite hoodie cooking ?

The store is kept clean and usually well stocked. Can’t say I’m a fan that there is never really size 2 to 3 or “short” lengths but that’s on the supplier not the employees.I like that there are always sales which make good quality affordable during this time.I’d like to give some praise to a guy who works most all evenings. I swear I was there every day one week trying to find my size and he was always friendly, helpful, and professional. Regardless of where you work those are honorable qualities that can’t be taught. They make a business valued and usually aid in returning customers. I don’t remember your name I’m sorry but I’m sure your work ethic will get you noticed soon :) good luck and thank you for being kind!

Had been looking at their coats online during their sale but wanted to see how they fit so I went in store. Found what I wanted tried it on, loved it and thought maybe Id ask if the sale was going on in store. The employee said no... but that they could price match to what the sale price would be. I thought this was the coolest thing ever, I was able to get the coat I wanted that day at sale price, without having to pay for shipping. Couldn't be happier!

They never Carry the size large. So if your bigger then a medium I don't suggest shopping here. Is obviously only meant for smaller people.

Lost my order, I called an was told my two different reps, one a manager an one a regular rep. Told me they cannot change a address or do anything but see if I had my return label that came with the package?? Weird cause I didnt get the package. Said I needed to speak with OnTrac, was equally un-helpful like hollister. Dont order online, they are horrible people.

1/30/2020 - Hollister is open but it is now located on the second level. I went in here the other day and I was the only one in the store. Two people were working who didn't even bother to say hi. I wanted to check to see if a sweater was on sale, (It was on sale at a different Hollister a few days before) and the girl just said, "I don't think so, sorry." She didn't offer to price check it. The other employee standing next to her gave me an odd look like I was d*** for asking such a question. Their customer service is awful and they need to hire friendlier employees who are non judgmental and willing to work instead of gossiping with each other.

If I could rate 6 stars I would! The store was well maintained and all the associates were very helpful from the moment I walked in, from helping me find my size, to the fitting room all way up to the cash register. Excellent customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Spoke to the woman on the phone she was very disrespectful , and lied to me about the guidelines for returns, and insisted for me to bring them in for a even exchange! Well I go in there and the young manager with the brown hair refused to even listen to me , bc she claimed they couldn't take them back. I told her she needed to make sure she communicates with her other employees for the near future and she just straight up ignored me. If I even ever want to do business with this co.pamny I'll buy all my items online.ive been shopping at this company for over 5 years. In 3 different states I lived in and those were better ran then these people just becuase there young they think they can be rude to people and treat them like trash.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Whitney The “Manager” is unbelievably RUDE!!!! There was an ENTIRE DISPLAY THAT READ “ 5 for 25” and THE DISPLAY WAS FULL OF THE EXACT SAME “items”, which I grabbed 5 of along with my other purchases for my daughter. When it rang up at $25 EACH, I explained to the checker that they were CLEARLY MARKED AT “5 for $25” and showed her the display. She said rudely, oh these aren’t supposed to be here. All 75-100 items messed up all over this table are supposed to be somewhere else? I asked for the Manager. Whitney was EVEN MORE RUDE THAN THE CHECKER! I’m a professional shopper. It is a Fact that the items should have been sold for 5 for $25. Whitney didn’t even go look at the display. Rude rude RUDE!

I bought a dress using a visa gift card and had another to return. I went to checkout and said this one is to return, I bought it online and I would like to apply the credit to buy this one, and pay the remaining with a visa gift card. I thought everything was fine but then I went to another store and the card was declined because the girl at Hollister took the whole amount off of it somehow. All they could do was offer a free perfume and $100 Hollister credit which is not equal to having cash to spend anywhere at all (they’re making the money back). I think she thought I was trying to steal so 1 star
