Worst customer service of my life, never want to back as I live in boise. I’d rather drive across the country to another homegoods than ever walk into this one. They wouldn’t let me exchange a brand new item for store credit and we’re all being very rude about it/ not professional at all! Hope this gets fixed 😀

I’m saddened by how this associate name Penelope treated me and my family! My mom card kept declining due to not having a pin on her card so we kept trying 3 times to see if we’re able to bypass it, but eventually it didn’t go through so I paid for it. The entire time she kept give us a bad glare and made me felt really bad. The same day I came back for return that I wanted to exchange for a different item and Penelope told me I was “unable to do that.” I was confused because I had the receipt and I could just the difference and repeatedly told again “I was unable able to do that.” So we ended up returning the item and I bought the item. She never handed us the receipt or place the item in a bag. Midway she was having a conversation with a coworker and completely ignored us and never said have “have a good day” or anything. I’ve felt very humiliated.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful. The line you have to stay in for the check out is insane. I end up almost everytime leaving my cart full because of the line.

I went to the restroom and left my cart with my selections just outside the restroom and came out and gone, I flagged down an employee with the name Sam and it had Manager, I hope he is not the store manager, I gotta tell you, he was so uncaring and did not apologize at all for my troubles, the way, he could have cared less. As a manager he should have a better approach to soothe the fact that my book with list and my credit card were intact cart. He did not smile at all, it was like he was angry and I'm the one that should have been angry. He has no business being a manager. Anyway, he took my information and said he will call me, I bat $100 I will get no call back.

Sometimes they have a great selection of stuff and sometimes they have nothing in the size that you need. And some things are priced pretty well, usually because they're old. Especially things like shampoos and skincare products that the original companies couldn't sell in time. Other than that, most things are still way too overpriced. It's like Ross with a different name. But they charge way more for everything else here for the exact same stuff.

Good products, was pushed to getting rewards card at purchase and didn’t realize and was never told it was a credit card. Trying to figure out how to pay it or access any cancelling information is impossible.
