I came in from Twin Falls, and visited this bank last week. I wish I remember the names of the two individuals that helped me! They were so nice, and helpful! If I were ever back in the Boise area, this would be my bank!

All the folks at the Barber Station Branch have been so friendly and helpful. They have been there for me all the times I have needed them! I am happy to have my accounts there. I know that my financial affairs are secure. It's a really good feeling!

I had the worst banking experience of my life. The customer service representative informed me that we could make payments online for our HELOC and apply extra payments toward the principal. However, we later discovered that this could only be done in person at the bank. There was a significant lack of communication, which ended up costing us money due to switching banks. I strongly recommend reading the fine print and asking plenty of questions to save time and money when banking with this institution.

I recently opened my business account with Horizon. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I submitted my business paperwork and within no time my account was open and ready to use.

I met Mr Quinones at an event in the community and he was so pleasant to chat with. He seemed very knowledgeable in his line of work and the Credit Union. Sounds like Hotizon was lucky to get him as part of their new team in Boise. I’ll be moving some things over with him in the future because of his professionalism. You don’t get that very often so it was welcomed.
