With multiple returns to submit, Pat the H&R Associate was helpful and took care of everything in a timely fashion. In the Gateway Shopping Center on S Broadway, lots of parking. Everyone there had a great attitude and was willing to help. I already have an appointment set for next year! Cheers!

They have had us come in 4 times and they can’t get our taxes done. They did them wrong the first time and now they’ve been trying to fix them since but for some reason can’t. They won’t give us corporate’s number or the customer support phone number but luckily google provided that for us. The manager is not willing to help us figure this out in a timely manner and doesn’t seem to care. We went in January 28th and still have no help or answers.
