This is the worst bank I’ve ever used. I opened an account for my 87 year old dad and helped him get a HELOC. He had an appointment at 11am to sign the documents and they made him wait 45 minutes before they called him back. They said this branch only does first come first serve. Then after they called him back they said it would take 20 minutes to print out the docs because they weren’t ready. Then after I made a comment, nicely, about how incompetent the service has been, the lady helping us. Mallory Tobbe, who is supposedly one of the managers told us she wasn’t going to help us and wouldn’t do the signing because I said they were being incompetent. More could be said, but this is enough to make the point on how horrible this bank is!

Seriously the worst bank ever. I should have stayed with key bank. Every time I go to any of these banks to put money in the ATM it is out of service. One night I drove to three different ATMs and every single one of them was out of service. It’s just been a complete hassle since I switched over. I don’t recommend this bank.

They are always all over me and very nice to me and try to take care of me in every way. Today however I went in and was not taken care of. I was never apologized to never greeted nothing. They did not treat me any different than a normal bank this time👎 you guys need to figure out how to find ways to help people instead of trying to find ways that you can't!

I've been going to this specific bank for a couple years now and it's my favorite. Everytime I've had a problem it's been addressed in professional as well as friendly matter. I go in so often that everyone knows my face. The people are amazing. Just all together a great bank.

You have a retarded atm. How come you can't have a normal atm. I finally figure out how to insert my debit card. Then it took forever to deposit the cash, then when I pressed a button it wouldn't do anything. Then I finally just drove away without making a deposit.

What waste of going to the ATM at this bank i literally tried putting my card in the ATm machine and I needed to put extra money on my card and then the AtM machine wasn’t working it would’ve been nice if you put sign up saying that you’re ATM machine deosnt work knowing that you got everyone trying to put money on there cards or take some money off there cards like what waste of time of going here for nothing

ATM at this location consistently does not take cash. Extremely inconvenient and forces me to go way out of my way to get my cash deposited. No other bank has this issue.
